The greeting was exceptional. All the staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. This is a wonderful little hotel with an amazing location. It was also very clean. The pool was just perfect and there are lovely touches like the perfectly kitted out little kitchen and deck chairs / sun shades on the beach. Would definitely recommend and come here again!

The beds are VERY uncomfortable. They feel like mattresses from a run down cottage. Not a boutique hotel. You can feel the wood frame of the bed. They need a box spring or better mattress. Also need a bolt type interior lock. Just a keypad does not feel safe enough when the door opens to the outside.

Well managed and cared for boutique hotel on the beach! Excellent service. Hotel staff are very attentive. Steps from the gorgeous beach, very clean, property has 2 kayaks available, bikes and other equipment for use. Smaller, but, lovely pool with chaise lounges/tables & chairs. A bit of a longer walk to pier/shops/restaurants. I think 1/2 mile, which can be tough with hot weather or after cocktails!

Boutique style property, so just need to keep that in mind if you seek out lots of amenities. Would like chaise lounges on the beach versus a chair (it reclines though and is nice quality). Pool area can tend to be dominated by kids/family. Bring ear buds by the pool! Would like a mini bar with snack/beverage options or a vending machine. ((There is a grocery within walking distance. 1 block away.))

The hotel was fantastic…unlike the huge mega hotels on the beach, it was small inviting, very clean snd comfortable. The staff very accommodating and friendly. Fantastic stay!

The problem was being double booked by booking.com We we forced to cancel and rebook all our rooms due to a huge storm disrupting air travel. We had to leave 2 days later/stay two days longer. No help from booking…we were left to arrange our stays/cancellations and rebooking on our own. Then booking didn’t end up canceling the rooms even though we were within the cancellation window. We now have to go through the credit card and challenge the charges. The weird thing is we ended up staying 4 nights at the booking.com hotel in Orlando and 4 nights at the booking.com hotel in ft Lauderdale by the sea?!

We feel like we found a gem. Loved sitting and having coffee every morning outside our 2nd floor room-so peaceful, quiet and a beautiful location. The staff were wonderful, especially William who set up our beach umbrellas and chairs each morning. Being ocean front with a pool on property was important to us when booking. It almost felt like we had our own private pool most of the week and all of the other fun things were available whenever we wanted. Since there are only 12 rooms we felt more connected to the other guests coming and going. Very friendly feeling but that was probably self directed. Our room was clean, modern and exactly what we expected from the photos. Very happy about that! I wish I’d figured out a better cleaning schedule over our 7 day stay. They were available and provided anything we needed when asked though. Great communication from the moment we booked (Feb) to our arrival date (July). We walked to the town center, which is bustling, almost every evening and had so many great options to eat from. We stocked our little kitchenette day 1 and we’re able to eat breakfast and lunch onsite. Groceries, coffee, donuts all within walking distance as well. We would certainly stay again!

Location is perfect! Located right on the beach. Large supermarket and cvs a 5 min walk. short walk to center of town with restaurants. Rooms were clean, kitchen well equipped. Would definitely recommend trying the get a room on the second level, was staying on the first floor and room felt a little dark because curtains needed to be closed for privacy otherwise anyone walking by could see inside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Room directly facing the ocean looked amazing!

Nothing 🙂 (only suggestion would be to have the chairs and umbrellas accessible to guests at all times so there is no need to wait for staff to set them up on the beach if you wanted a earlier start on the beach, maybe let guests keep them in their rooms?, that was the only annoying thing)

simple, clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations within walking distance of shops and restaurants; loved the uncrowded beach and pool, parking was easy; perfect for my kid and me

The hotel was in a very convenient place, close to the shops and right on the beach. everything was walking distance. they gave us kayakes and paddle boards which was amazing and the staff were very friendly.

the beds were a bit uncomfortable, the bed needs a thicker comfortable matras. The noise of the 1 floor rooms, we had a ground-floor room and you hear every step or thing that the people do above you.

Location is great, on the beach. Staff is great, beach chairs and umbrella are very convenient! They checked us in early and there is a possibility of later check out( 1pm) for a fee. Beach towels, fridge is in the room.
