The property is beautiful and very clean cute and comfortable. The lady who runs it is very sweet and accommodating :)

We only needed one room to rest one night and get up very early to go to the airport so for the use we needed I feel it was a bit pricey, specially considering our room didn’t have a hot tub and we couldn’t have breakfast because we were leaving early and breakfast wasn’t available until later. But the host gave us a piece of freshly baked cake made by her so we could have something and it was indeed a beautiful place. Only wish we could enjoyed it longer.

The spotless clean room felt very spacious, with reliable WiFi and ample space to work. The wonderful, big terrace overlooking the garden and forest was a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making a genuine effort to communicate in English, which made us feel welcome. The location was also very convenient with easy bus access to the town.

The hairdryer could have been a bit more powerful, and there was no dedicated car park, though we found safe street parking nearby.

A truly memorable stay! One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast right beside the bosco—so peaceful and rejuvenating. The surroundings added a special touch to each morning, making the entire experience feel like a retreat in nature

There’s no parking at the property, and street options are scarce. We had to carry our things for about half a mile, which was very frustrating.

The room was neat and clean. We liked everything. We were most impressed by the breakfast which we couldn't finish because there was so much of it. I definitely recommend it to everyone! The hosts are also very kind and approachable.

The only downside to this property is the parking. We arrived around 9pm and the street was full of cars. We were lucky that after one lap around we came across a car leaving the parking.

The preliminary communication with Rosa was examplary, we knew everything in advance. The room and the design elements of the house, however, as well as the neighbouring forest exceeded all our expectations. We received a cordial welcome, the nice and ample breakfast on the terrace overlooking the forest was a unique experience. Thank you, Rosa and Family for extending such war welcome towards us. One little thing though: While Rosa did warn us that we can only park our car (free) in the street very near the apartment, we made the mistake of driving into the very narrow lane next to the house. Please, don't! Turning around is virtually impossible ;) Park your car 1 minute away and walk to the apt. Everything else was superb.

A lovely and quiet place to stay. Comfortable beds, large bathroom. The hosts are kind and helpful. We had an excellent Italian breakfast in the garden overlooking the hill/park nearby. Nice pizzeria and restaurant close by.

A bit far from the city centre but we were aware of the distance when we booked the accommodation.

A wonderful cosy room,well and beautiful furnished. Good bed.Very nice host.. helpful and positive. Not quite to the city center,but was easy to find a place to park. Nice garden and view.Very quiet. Breakfast -average.

I missed some lamps near the bed. My be bigger towels would be better.Everything else perfect!

Very peaceful and nice neighborhood. Parking was free, close to the house. Yard was beautufil And my daughter really liked the cat Giorgio :) it is very clean, pillows very cosy.

Location is little bit far away so you need to use public transportation or your own car to get to the center.

The location is perfect, the place is quiet, the garden with the beautiful view of the forest is just lovely. The breakfast was varied and delicious, we especially liked the bakery products(typical of Trieste, I guess). The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The owner's lazy but friendly dog was a nice addition to the atmosphere😊

Very cute and cozy B&B. The place was very clean, the design is beautiful as is the surrounding forest. The owner and her family are lovely and very helpful and then made us feel right at home.

The only thing is that the blinds don't keep out the light in the morning. Besides that, everything was perfect.
