Excellent food. Staff very helpful. As it was just a one night stay, I needed our boarding passes for the return flight home and I asked your receptionist what the hotels email address was so that I could email our boarding passes to the hotel to print them off, which she very kindly did, so we had a no hassle time at Lublin Airport to fly back to the UK. Thank you so much again. A very enjoyable stay.

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect for us. We attended a Christening Celebration at your Hotel in the big room, which was very well attended and the food was plentiful and delicious 😋

I arrived late at night, and within just 30 seconds of ringing the bell, a very pleasant and polite gentleman welcomed me, despite it was 4am! The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. I only needed a few hours of rest, but I was genuinely impressed by the excellent service and great quality, especially for such a reasonable price!

Amazing staff, both night and day shifts. Super friendly, super helpful, super flexible. After a long and exausting trip, my night arrival felt as if I've reached safe heaven were I can finally relax. It's been long since I've felt that at hotels. The room, the food, everything was great, but compared to the importance of how you are met, it is nothing. Keep up the good work, will be back for sure!

Hotel is near to railway station 15min to walk, and about 30 to city center. We ordered the room for 3 ppl, but got for 4, and it was huge, comfortable, with all needed things like bottles of water, coffee, tea, fridge, tv, etc. We ate a dinner in restaurant and it was amazing, we tried Cezar salad and dumplings with potatoes, so so tasty. Breakfast was included and also very tasty. I could Recommend this hotel.

Peace and quiet.. comfortable bed , clean , nice bathroom..very kind , helpful and personal staff.. especially Mr Marcin , Miss Agata , Miss Paulina and Miss Nadia.. they were great. I was also impressed by the kitchen staff..I had some dietary requests and they never complained.. but did a great job trying to please me.. I'm very grateful..

The only drawback was a negative and rude approach on one occasion by one of the employees , Miss Julia.. but I believe it was just a bad miscommunication.. though It made me feel very uncomfortable ..

The hotel had a good location for us because we wanted to be close to the train station. The breakfast was good. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The room and bathroom could use some updating. Nothing is terribly wrong, it just looks old.

interesting place to stay! enough for one night! elevator for those whom stairs are challenge! at breakfast everyone can find something!

I left very early in the morning and was unable to eat breakfast. The hotel is a convenient short walk from the train and bus stations. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel because I needed to be confident I was close enough to Lublin Główny station to be assured of reaching the airport early in the morning. The station is a 15 minute walk (pleasant enough, even with luggage on wheels). So the fact that the room was nice, cool, and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful was a huge relief. Breakfast (buffet) was fine, good value at 30 PLN. Hot water in the taps. What's not to like?

The Nescafe instant coffee 3-in-one sachets are a curious mixture that must appeal to somebody. I prefer straight coffee sachets and then you know what you're getting. Also had to ask for tea bags. The fact that these are my only gripes should give you an idea of how generally i liked the place. Would recommend.
