Breakfast was incredible , the views were unmatched in Harare and the general service was top notch. You wouldn’t expect such a magnificent chalet experience in a city that sort of thing is normally reserved for luxury lodges on safari b ur the good folk at Amanzi have pulled it off. The staff are outstanding as well and respond extremely promptly to any queries. Finally the rooms themselves and the bathrooms in particular are unmatched in Harare

The only two problems were electricity issues due to load shedding in Harare. The generators on site were turned off at midnight which meant total darkness till 5 that wasn’t the greatest.

Excellent meals. The waiters were patient explaining the meal to us and they helped us choose from the menu a meal that we both enjoyed. The gentleman at the reception was very welcoming and went an extra mile to let us choose a room from the available options by taking us around the property to enable us to arrive at an informed decision.

I loved the gardens and pool. Loved the veranda in my room and all the beautiful decor and attention to detail. I loved the unique decor in the bar, restaurant, outside seating and pool seating. Cuisine was delicious and the staff were brilliant 🤩

Thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay. Got a room upgrade to the Morrocco suite and made the most of the outdoor shower. The staff, the food and drinks were absolutely amazing. I am certainly looking forward to my next visit.

Nothing at all.

I invited my family for dinner, but it would have been nice if we had been told ahead of time that kids under the age of 12 were not permitted. I respect the resort's policy, obviously it's for a reason, nevertheless this vital information prevents unnecessary inconveniences. Thanks for your consideration.

Delicious breakfast in a lovely surrounding and great service. Abiluty to chill on the hotel premises and enjoy multiple comfort areas (by the pool or fireplace in evenings)

Pool is not big enough to swim, especially if there were multiple people to use it at the same time.

BEAUTIFUL location, amazing staff, clean, well organized, good value for money, quiet, great food.

There are neighbors to a property who has dogs and they bark a lot at night so it did keep me up one night.

I absolutely loved everything about the property. Great service, great food, great greenery, and amazing decor. The value for money was absolutely superb! I would definitely recommend this lodge to anyone staying in Harare.

Nothing to fault!

Lovely lodges, spacious. Set in beautiful enclosed grounds. The staff were brilliant, helpful, polite and courteous. I had a spa treatment from Melody. She was amazing. I highly recommend booking a spa treatment.

Some of the wall in the bathroom was peeling. It could do with a small makeover. Plus the cushions on the bed smelt of cigarettes.
