The beach is absolutely fantastic. We had a very good amount of room and space. The room was very, very nice with an excellent shower and balcony. The lady who cleaned our room was an absolutely delightful person.

The German woman who manned the desk that tells guests about the attractions and activities on the island was not helpful one bit. She was extremely unclear. We signed up for two activities and it was unclear exactly what we were getting. I would love to rearrange that room so it is clear what's on offer. She seemed put out that we were asking her any questions. A very, very bad experience. I would still highly recommend this hotel, just be very wary about booking anything through her. Maybe book activities before you go, OR if you do book once you're there, make you sure you understand exactly what you are buying. It left a bad taste in my mouth unfortunately. I wasn't the only person to experience this.

Second time we have stayed here love tge peacefulness , the ocean view and happy hour!

The beachside trees provide ample shade during the day, making it an ideal location. The hotel’s staff is exceptionally friendly. The hotel’s restaurant and bars, as well as those in the vicinity, ensure that guests never experience hunger or thirst. The hotel offers a wide selection of beach chairs and daily changing beach towels. I am thoroughly satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

The primary issue is not the hotel itself, but rather the persistent noise emanating from the main road during the night, which has made it uncomfortable for me to stay at this particular hotel. I was genuinely surprised by the number of inconsiderate drivers operating motorcycles and cars without mufflers, who disregard the time of night and use their horns excessively. This is a prevalent problem not only at Coconut Court Hotel but also at other hotels in the vicinity, such as Coral Mist, Blue Orchids, Accra and many others. To address this issue effectively, the government should consider implementing stricter penalties for the use of noise-emitting equipment and installing surveillance cameras near hotels to deter their unlawful use during the nighttime hours.

The room was very clean and although facing the main road, there was little noise to contend with.

Meals and drinks were very expensive. The hotel advertised a happy hour each day but that only related to one particular cocktail which they had selected. Thus, a Happy Hour in name only. Come on Coconut Beach, please up your game and just piggy back on the Happy Hour offered by the connected business located across the road.

This property has a beautiful beach location. The annex cottages only have air-conditioning in the bedrooms, but the cottages are lovely but old.

The cottages do not have glass on the windows. My father got dengue fever while we were there you never see mosquitoes, but they are in side.

The property is well maintained and it has the best portion of beach with palm trees in that area. The gardens and trees are extremely well looked after by an in house gardener who does and exceptional job.

It’s a pretty hotel on the beachfront and close to restaurants and many beaches. The hospitality room is a great service for travelers like us with a late night flight.

The bed was a bit firm for my preference, but not terrible. We booked a superior ocean view and the room we were put in was not a superior view. It was set further back from ocean than other rooms with multiple tin roofs in between and trees preventive much ocean view. To their credit, after the first night, they did move us to a better room, which we appreciated. There are no elevators, which we knew when booking. They had gentleman bring the bags up for us and they moved them for us when our room was switched, which was also much appreciated. The other negative thing is that the air conditioner exhausts directly into the balcony blowing hot air onto already very hot temperatures, making the balcony not very usable.

There is not enough sun beds around the pool area. There is plenty of room so it would be easy to solve. Just remove 2 or 3 tables and chairs which are never used and replace with sun beds.

We had a apartment across the road from the hotel it was really lovely and big and clean , the bed sheets were fresh and white and the bed so comfortable, air con lovely and cool , fridge in room and room cleaned daily and before mid day each day we were impressed Hotel in nice location a few bars and restaurants really close by and busses going to Bridgetown , st Lawrence gap and everywhere basically Pool nice , plenty of sun beds and set on a beautiful beach . We had a great time and considering it’s a hotel on the cheaper scale it was lovely and we’re very fussy My only little negatives are it’s set in a noisy street lots of traffic noise and noise from the bar so if this bothers you it might be a problem but no issues from us we did not mind it And if you have any mobility issues there are lots of steps to the pool and beach We loved this hotel And would definitely stay here again

Nothing really we loved it all

View from the room was incredible and way above what we expected. Our room was cleaned daily. Plenty of sun loungers available on the beach and by the pool. Access to local places were easy to navigate. The security guard on the beach was very friendly and helpful with recommendations of where to watch the game. We were able to book an amazing boat tour through the hotel which we really enjoyed too.

Sometimes the service at the bar was a little unclear: staff would sometimes tend to tables and other times you were expected to go up to the bar but there didn’t seem to be a set routine for this. Nevertheless the rum punch made up for it!
