Iniitially, there was a mistake with the booking, and we were taken to a smaller, more basic room than what I had booked. However the owner was very apologetic and kindly allowed us to stay in one of his houses instead. We were given access to a large two storey house by the main road. I was impressed by this generous response to a booking issue. Thank you Fernando, Adela and Felix, for helping make our stay so comfortable.

There were some issues with the wifi that were only resolved at the end of our stay. However this did not detract from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The manager's son even took the trouble to drive me to a restaurant, because I arrived by bicycle and didn't want to cycle to a restaurant in the dark. The manager and her son were both so friendly and lovely, I'm sorry I didn't have the time to take a picture with our bicycles! If I'm in the area I will definitely come here again. Very peaceful location and lovely mango trees. Felt quite local and authentic in the best way.

Nothing really, if there were more restaurants nearby that are open later it would be a bonus, but it's quite a rural area and to be expected.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, their level of service was so good. They offer a complete breakfast with a new water bottle every day, always free coffee/tea and hot/cold water service. The single room was small, but good for one person.

Keep in mind that It's located 15-20 min drive from Anda town and beach, you'll need to rent a scooter.

Location is peaceful and the room itself was comfortable and met all expectations. Staff were welcoming and always helpful. Free breakfast was also convenient since restaurants are a little further away if you don't have transportation. Family of cats were also super cute!

There were ants in the room and bed so make sure not to bring food in the room.

Cold and hot water available with tea and coffee which was so nice to have. Breakfast was good also and a nice to have. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is nice and quiet tucked away from road surrounded by a nice garden. Very comfortable bed.

Rooms could do with some renovation work as a little untidy. Quite a few ants as a result.

Staff is really nice and the beds and shower are good. Breakfast is good and they ask you what time you want /need it

The rooms are small. Normally not a problem but we had a lot off rain and then it's not nice. However That's not at fault of the accommodation.

Great property in a quite environment. The staff is super friendly and helping. The breakfast was nice and the bigger double room comfortable. Room with airco :)

It was quite far to get some diner so you’d need a scooter for sure. That’s the best way to get around anyway and the hotel helps you with that!

The staff and the breakfast are amazing!! They make you feel so comfortable all the time. And the breakfast is the best ive had on southasia! The garden is beautiful and the room is ok! is a little bit tiny but is ok!

The bathroom was dirty :(

Good place to spend a night or two, as there is not much to do around and you definitely need a scooter. Maybe a bit expensive, but we have been absolutely comfortable. Friendly woman, AC working fine, great breakfast and they have drinking water.

The internet wasn't really working, but I guess in the Philippines you have to get used to this.

Super friendly staff. They didn't serve dinner and we could not drive a motorcycle so they brought us to the best barbeque square in town. Amazing! The room was good and the place was quiet.

The walk to shops or places to get food during the day was too long. But with a motorbike it's good.
