Although the location is very much close to IT Park- one of the busiest and most crowded places in the heart of Cebu, I like it even more cause the hotel is quiet and peaceful, exactly a haven within the city, for me. My room was cozy, the bed big enough for myself, the comforter and fluffy pillows was just so comforting that you could just laze around all day and night, lol. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in the city.

It would have been better if their smart TV has internet access. I tried multiple attempts for it to gain internet access but there was no way for me to use the username and password they provided, so I just use it on my phone and laptop. The TV did say it's successfully connected to their Wi-Fi but there's just no internet. The TV has no cable service as well.

I love our stay at Alba Uno Hotel. The staff were very kind and responsive. They allowed us to check in even if we got to the hotel by 9pm. When we got back from our side trip to bohol there was a black stain on the bed sheets that was not there when we left. We reported it and they agreed to change the sheets right away. The place is clean the room we checked in was big and spacious fit for a family. Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft and comfy as well. The shower was clean and they even have a hot water working. Over all our experience was exceptional. We would stay here again when we get a chance to go back to cebu. Plus the hotel is located at Lahug where its very near the the IT PARK just walking distance.

Breakfast: I didn't avail room: it's spacious and clean. but there are no slippers. location: perfect. very near to Cebu IT Park. 5 mins by walk. I love the location there are many fast fast food outlets and near to the IT park Terminal. I was able to take public transportation (bus and jeepney) from and to Mactan International Airport. staffs: super friendly and accommodating.

No slippers for use inside the room. My TV was not connected to the internet although it was not really of a big deal because I was out all day. No tip box at the reception area. It would be nice to put a tip box there (appreciation box) for all the staffs to share it with.

Strategically located near the outskirts of IT Park, right behind the old Skyrise building. It's walking distance from malls and restaurants so you don't need to worry about food. There's also a restaurant onsite but it's a bit pricey. The staff were all courteous, the check-in and check-out was seamless, the rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom had toiletries and hot water. They only have standard sockets so make sure to ask the reception desk for an adaptor. One of the best places to stay at and will definitely be going back.

The road going to the hotel is not well-lit so it looks suspish. 😂

Alba Uno is a great little place to base yourself in Cebu. We did a few days in Cebu where we took advantage of the day passes offered by Shangri La, Dusit Thani and J Park. The kids had access to the watermarks etc. We used Alba Uno as a place to sleep and easily access breakfast etc. The room has a fridge, was quite huge and you could get hot or cold drinking water. The shower pressure was awesome. It is located in the middle of the IT park so the area is very buzzy. SM mall, Ayala centre etc great for kids and loads of food options..

The entrance to the hotel might be intimidating especially if you come in the night, the area is very safe and the staff call you grab taxis or you can download it on your phone. Thanks to the staff for making our stay wonderful.

Alba Uno is a truly excellent find in Cebu. It is located in the heart of the IT park so the area is really buzzing all hours of the day as the call centre staff that work there work differing periods in the 24 hours. There are food places galore. The water pressure is great and it was the first time in our travels in the phillipines that we got hot water. The beds were large and room size extremely generous. We downloaded the grab app and booked taxis everywhere. It was a great jumping off point for doing day trips to the resorts or simply explore cebu. In early morning the taxi took 24 minutes from the hotel to the airport. Highly reccomend this place if you are looking to spend alot of time out and need a comfortable space to rest your head. The staff were friendly and lovely.

The room was clean and had sufficient space for all our stuff. There is also a water dispenser at every floors so it is easier to refill our water bottles. The location is walkable from Ayala IT Park so it is very convenient.

I think that it needs more cleaning. The rooms are not messy but it is a bit dusty.

Location is near IT park, lots of cafes,cheap food house, night market/food bazaar but at the same time, it's quiet around the hotel. A few meters walk to McDonalds, 7/11, Rico's Lechon, Dunkin etc. They don't serve breakfast in the hotel but there's a seafood restaurant downstairs or you can have your food delivered via Grab and eat in your room. I love that they have water dispenser in each floor. They provide towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton, cotton buds and disposable indoor slippers. Room is super clean, bed linens smell fresh. Would love to stay here again!

The location is good in general, there's malls nearby and the city is not that big. the hotel is good value for the money. it was nice to feel that comfortable after weeks in small hotels in the islands of philipines. definitely would stay there again

the street of the hotel and the adjacent one are a bit sketchy. however they are in a good area of town so we didnt have any issue.
