The proximity to Mactan Airport is unbeatable. From the domestic terminal, it’s just across the road using the back entrance to the hotel. But if you have baggage or coming from the international terminal, it’s better to request airport pickup and they provide it for free! I love the buffet breakfast. The staff at the restaurant and the lobby are polite, friendly and attentive to your needs.

The room definitely needs renovation and I’m glad they’ve started doing that on some floors. My bed was creaky and uncomfortable and the toilet and wash basin did not drain properly.

I had an excellent 3-day stay at this hotel, which offers a wide range of amenities, including a casino and a pool. Here are my highlights: 1. Proximity to the Airport: The hotel is incredibly convenient for travelers arriving at Cebu Airport, especially from Terminal 1. You can simply cross the taxi rank road, take a ramp into the garage, and head up an escalator straight into the lobby—super handy for tired travelers. 2. Room Service: Room service was outstanding. I relied on it heavily, and every meal was delicious and well-prepared. 3. Room Cleanliness: The rooms were spotless and well-organized, with excellent views of planes taking off—surprisingly calming after a busy day. 4. Staff & Concierge: The staff were friendly and accommodating. A concierge even met me at the airport and provided a quick ride to the hotel’s main entrance, which was a lifesaver after a long travel day. Although I was busy with business in Cebu, I heard great feedback about the pool and casino. If you're arriving at Terminal 2, this hotel is a much better option than the Aerotel, and likely more affordable. You can request a pickup from Terminal 2, though it’s about a 600m walk if you prefer to make your own way. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended for international travelers who prioritize convenience.

There is a weird policy of checking the room several times a day even when there is a do not disturb sign up. One thing we pay extra for is security and privacy. Perhaps if you are worried about guests you inform them of the need to check in twice a day rather than having staff go through the double locked doors and do not disturb signs. There has to be a better way in any case. Also I wonder if money left fo cleaning staff goes to them or the staff checking the rooms. I think the prices are too high in your restaurant for drinks and lunches which encouraged me to go elsewhere. It would be nice if you had a bar in the hotel where people could hang out and spend a reasonable amount for drinks.

Airport representative and driver were very nice and accommodating. Staff were all very nice. Location is very close to the airport. Big, spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. We were upgraded from a deluxe suite to an executive suite. Nice shower.

We checked in at 10pm. There was 1 person checking in guests and 1 person assisting the other. There were 5 people checking in before me. It took a long time until it was my turn to check in. We ordered dinner at the restaurant. The food took almost an hour to arrive. We followed up multiple times but was told there were other meals being prepared before ours. We were the only ones at the restaurant. When the food finally arrived at our table, the soup was hot, but everything else was cold. We were thankful for the upgrade from a Deluxe Suite to an Executive Suite. The room was dated and in need of a renovation. The toilet required a few clicks for flushing.

Easy access to the airport it’s just across and the offer a free shuttle, very nice hotel, all staff were very nice and friendly, very welcoming and helpful especially when my husband needed a wheelchair, they were so accommodating and very helpful and assisted him especially at the restaurant. Staff were all great! Would definitely stay there again. We had a suite and it was nice and spacious and very comfortable bed . Robes and slippers were really nice to have . Nice restaurant, very clean, staff were all great, plenty of food selection

Bathroom by the restaurant could use some upgrades but

We stayed here after arriving at the airport late and before continuing our journey the next morning. The hotel is perfect for this purpose. The location is unbeatable, free pick up was very easy and fast to arrange. The drive from the international terminal is ~3 minutes, 1 minute from the domestic terminal. The hotel isn’t brand new but everything was clean and well taken care of.

The only thing we would do different is we would not have breakfast at the hotel again. They charge 880 pesos (~ 15€/$15) which is outrageously expensive for the Philippines. Unfortunately we didn’t realize how much food is available at the airport. Otherwise we would have just grabbed breakfast at the airport before our flight. The breakfast at the hotel was good with a lot of options though.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near the Airport Our stay at Waterfront Airport Hotel in Cebu was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The airport pick-up and drop off was smooth, and the staff were accommodating throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The space felt cozy and inviting. It was a convenient choice for our early morning flight, offering comfort and ease. My elderly mom really liked the stay. If you're looking for a hassle-free stay close to the airport, this hotel is a great option!

The main room lighting could be improved—perhaps an adjustable option ranging from bright to a warm orange light would enhance the ambiance.

The fact that it was a short walk from the airport when we arrived. We even had porters from the airport escort us and helped us with our things to the hotel!! Check in was easy and quick and we even received a free upgrade to their executive suite!! Very impressive!!! Their breakfast the following morning was amazing! So much selection to choose from and the staff were very attentive!! I didnt want to leave!! Check out was quick and easy with no fuss. 10/10!!!

Waterfront Airport hotel is just opposite to Terminal 1 for domestic flightd and 5 minutes walk from Terminal 2 (International Flights). They had a free shuttle service for pickup snd send off to Terminals. The room is old but must have went for a good renovation which is fine. The double bed room is quite capacious with standard amenities. The bed is so comfortable that send me to dreamland in no time which I really need coming from an international flight. The comfort room had toilet with bidet and bath tub. The staffs are friendly and accommodating.

I wish the guard on duty was more helpful in opening the door when I rush for my morning flight.

It was right next to the airport, so I could walk across the road from the upper level of the domestic. And the domestic has a pathway with only a short few min walk to international. I flew in domestic one day and left international the next day so it was perfect location. Super clean, large rooms and I could spread out all my bags. There is room service and a restaurant.

It would be helpful to have been provided instructions on how to get there. It was super easy once I figured it out but there is just one small ‘casino’ sign. It should say ‘hotel this way’ :)
