Super staff, great location, I liked the room and the view was amazing. I would definitely come back.

There are two things that I would recommend changing and one is to have a water cocker in the rooms or so you can borrow in your room. The coffee machine in the room did not provide warm water for tea and other things. That is a real shame as not all people like coffee. The second thing was breakfast. I don’t k ow why, but there was no bacon. There was scrambled eggs and beans in tomato sauce and then no bacon. That is a big let down. Also not to much choice for what to have on your bread, but that is ok. The let down was. I bacon.

Liked the view and the outside areas. Personel very attentive. Feels like a family run hotel. Food offering was good. Has a floating sauna although we did not have a chance try it.

Perhaps a little tired. Images don't show that the area is a little industrial. I think they should be more honest about this as it is almost a feature and the large ships an animation as they go by. Ok

Due to an over-booking in the system, we were upgraded to a better room. That is the room I am rating and it was excellent! Beautifully decorated with a living area and balcony with beautiful views. Can't fault the accommodation or facilities. Free parking, a bar and restaurant with good food also on site. Also very thankful that they offered us an alternative.

We were upgraded to another room due to over-allocation/booking. However, when we checked out we were charged for the better room and doubled up on our meals. We had to explain to that staff member and calls were made while we were also trying to explain about being charged for 4 meals instead of two. I think communication (hand over) between check-in and check-out staff could be better. We were also charged for the cheaper room by booking.com - which need to be sorted out still. It unfortunately took away from our otherwise excellent experience.

Nothing - but location v quiet with few facilities in area

It's closed to fjordline terminal with 10min drive. The view is good facing boats jetty and the food is fantastic. 10 min walk to bus stop to city centre. Staff are good and provide assistance.

Good breakfast, clean and comfortable hotel with a very friendly personnel. Nice location, near the sea. Beautiful view to the sea.

Everything - the hotel has a great feel to it, the staff are very friendly, food is excellent, views are excellent, and the bed was really comfortable.

Breakfast and dinner was superb. Great hosts and a lovely conservatory to soak up the evening sun when it got chilly.

Perfect place to stay. Stunning view! I will retunr and recommend the hotel to friends. Quet and nice. Good food, friendly staff, and nice rooms.

Got some bacon that was from yesterday to breakfast. Was almost black and very dry. Just a Chuko electric car charger. Only one that was occupied almost the whole stay.

The dinner in the restaurant was amazing and delicious. The location was fabulous.

Room was hot and aircon wasn’t working to cool room enough.
