Breakfast is really good, Rooms are big. Gym could be bigger but is enough

Rooms were not cleaned / prepared every day. Anyway is a really good hotel to stay in.

Breakfast is amazing. It is without any doubt the best thing of this accommodation. About location is also pretty good but strange, the hotel is in an area that looks like suburbs. I mean: parking slots everywhere, limited zebra crossings, lot of renting car business, no shops, etc. However, it is just to walk 5 minutes and you are in the center! So, it is like living in the first line of suburbs in a very small city.

We were a family, so we used the sofa-bed. It is very uncomfortable, beds are good but sofa-bed is terrible. Also, when you opened it, it does not allow you to move freely in the room because it blocks the movement from one side of the room to the other. I think that sofas must be renewed and think in another layout for the room.

Comfortable and quiet, the room was a good size and clean the chair at the desk was comfortable to sit at, the shower was well designed and water did not leak over the rest of the floor. The quick response when ordering a taxi was also appreciated.

The first thing you see as you walk into room 607 is a damaged table with the top laminate missing at the edges - not a great first impression. The breakfast was not as good as I expect from Scandic - It was adequate but not fabulous. As a final whinge - the coffee/tea making gubbins provided should be checked and filled up regularly, there is not much point providing a kettle if you can't make the coffee as there is no spoon or sugar.

The rooms are very spacious. We had 2 rooms and both were very large. Think USA size. The girls at the front desk go above and beyond. You just don't get service like that in the states anymore. They serve the biggest breakfast buffet. If you cant find something to eat at it, you are a difficult person. The location is walking distance to everything. Train, bus station, the downtown shops. Everything is close. There are even 2 grocery stores and a car rental within a block.

We stayed for 14 days. They only changed our bedding/sheets once.

Near the city center. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok with plenty of things to choose from.

There is no parking offered, so you will have to pay another 225 NOK per night to park your car nearby, so that is one thing to consider in the final price when you book it. The floors in the breakfast area and elevator were always sticky for some reason. I don’t think they were mopped even once during our 3 nights stay.

The location of the hotel was superb. Bus stop and train station opposite to the hotel Breakfast had a good spread, lots of varieties and it's open from 6-11 am The reception staff (Maja and Amalia) were very welcoming and gave all the information about the nearby attractions Housekeeping staff also cleaned the room on daily basis Supermarket is next to hotel, lots of restaurants at 500 metre distance If I visit Stavanger again, I will definitely stay in this hotel

Only suggestion would be to change the breakfast menu daily

Hotel room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner; hair drier, tv). Location was exactly, very near the city center (and train/bus terminals) with good options for grocery shopping and restaurants within a short walk. Staff were polite and check in was quick and hassle free. Breakfast was well served, with plenty of options (including some local delicacies, such as Norwegian waffles and brunost)

Located about 4miles outside city centre, but buses running with bus stop opposite hotel. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Marco Pierre White restaurant on site.

Map with booking.com navigated me further two miles down the road. Founded just by accident a because I remembered the name the hotel.

Great staff, breakfast with lots of options including some labeled for allergens. Room was larger than anticipated. Nice location.

No AC and weather was hot. Fan in some rooms but windows in one room didn't open. TV remote missing but Phil brought another one up right away and made sure it worked. Was able to hear traffic noise in one of the four rooms rented. Overall still very good.
