Location was great, walking distance to center and restaurants. Clean rooms, staff was so helpful. Breakfast was above my expectations -great! They also offer a lunch bag that you can buy from reception and take some of the food with you (first morning,we were surprised to see that everyone packing lunches from breakfast buffet but later on noticed they already bought a lunch bag which is 8 euro or something). Great way of avoiding food waste!

Parking: was difficult to find parking under the hotel. It is a public parking garage with a daily & hourly rate. But usually full or if you have a big vehicle not easy to fit in the slots. There are some street parking options across the street/free during evening.

Breakfast was great, room was nice and clean, staff was kind, everything was nice and ok :) In the lobby was little kiosk, where you can buy snacks or make coffee. I liked the room in the attic with beautiful view to the city :)

The air conditioning system was working too loud and just above the bed, so it was hard to get asleep without ear plugs :( and it wasn't possible to switch off, because it is system for the whole building... That was the only one disadvantage.

The breakfast was nice and had many options. The staff (reception, cleaning, waiter) were all very friendly. The hotel is situated in walking distance to basically everything.

It would have been nice to be better informed about the parking lot (there were very few spots). There was basically no view from the window (we looked at a wall 2m away). I would have loved to have a closet to not need to store all my clothing on a chair

Lack of parking options around the hotel. The hotel parking is very small, it was full. No sign that it is full, cars are driving up and down and people are looking for free spots. The staff at the reception is rather unwilling to help with parking. Any good advices. It seems it is not their job. This approach is very bad.

The room was big, it had a parking garage for our car, it was close to the city center and the hotel had gluten free options for my celiac boyfriend.

We just have two little things: Even with natural light our room was really dark because it was on the side facing the other building and second, we expected salmon at the breakfast buffet, because we are in Norway. But other than that we were really happy.

Fabulous breakfast and very welcoming breakfast room with plenty helpful staff and flexible hours. Spacious and comfortable reception area, bar and lounge. We liked the location once we worked out how to get around. It was even simple to walk to the ferry terminal. Bedroom had all facilities.

I had to catch an early flight. When I asked in the evening to get a small breakfast I was told to ask in the night/morning. When asked in the night/morning I was told it was impossible while I was also not allowed to take a sandwich from the shop despite breakfast had been paid for. Not very customer oriented

Friendly staff, good location, free coffee near the reception desk. Room was clean, well prepared. Rich and tasty breakfast, with a lot of options. Good enough sound isolation. Comfortable shower cabin.

The shape of our room (#5308, but there are few the same) was in shape of some triangle, and it was not great. This made the size of the room seem small. also because of this, the TV was placed on the side of the bed, it was uncomfortable to watch. The bed was softer than usual in hotels. In general, there was not much space to put the belongings.

The position is at 10 minutes walk from the main bay , but it's still in the city centre. All around there are thousands shops, bars, pubs. Also it was very well connected by bus. Room was big enough for me alone , with also a sofa. I loved the gym. Breakfast was like an Italian wedding, there was food for every taste.

Well, probably the gym needs a little revamp: some machines need to be fixed a bit more and I think they also should be organized differently.

The location was very good about 20minutes walk from town and harbour. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel if you prefer. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. The reception lounge area was very nice and comfortable with free coffee making facility. The restaurant was extremely clean , and spacious. There is a gym available. All the staff we met were very nice and friendly.

If you are vegetarian you may notice there is not much fresh fruit available for breakfast.
