The hotel gives a very good impression. The entrance area for tourists is well-organized, and the presence of a camera in front of the entrance, along with the iron door, creates a sense of security. The button panel is an additional convenience. All these features together create an atmosphere of comfort and protection, which is really important for a pleasant stay. The bar across the street is also a nice bonus for relaxation. Moreover, the hotel administration is always in touch and ready to assist with any needs. The cleaning staff is also consistently available on-site whenever necessary, ensuring that guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment throughout their stay.

This was a wonderful, clean apartment in a great location. Stavanger was more charming than I anticipated, and the close proximity to shops and restaurants was perfect! We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so we were expecting to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs, but the address took us to the 3rd floor entrance, so it was a big bonus to only go up half a flight of stairs to the apartment! :) Also, we had a rental car and there was a parking garage just outside the apartment entrance. We appreciated having several 15-minute parking areas near the apartment to load and unload our luggage.

The only downside to this great location is that it is near some bar that played loud music at night. We stayed Friday-Saturday, so perhaps this only happens on the weekends. Even with all the windows closed, we were able to hear the heavy bass from the music, which did stop by 11pm. It was not a problem for us, as the great location offset this minor issue, but it might be an issue for some people.

the apt had a Nespresso coffee machine and had several coffee pods, creamers n sugar as well as some teas. Was a nice touch. Instructions to enter building and apt were explained very well and we liked having typical hotel key cards for access.

There were no instructions on how to use the washer dryer combination appliance and the symbols on the machine did not make sense to us Americans. There was no microwave in apt. I recommended a spiral notebook to include instructions on how to use appliances inEnglish and other languages as needed. Also to include emergency numbers, local cafes, shops, points of interest, closest bus stop, taxi contact, grocery store, etc. that would make this a 10.

The apartment is very well located in the centre of town, and parking was very close. There has been a lot of thought put into the design, and thus it is very cosy and comfortable - we had a great two-day stay. An improvement would be to have simplified appliance (washer/drier) instructions in some other languages - Google translator cannot fully describe the operations. My wife was very frustrated by the time wasted with this aspect. That's the only low point - the rest was GOOD.

The room was very big, clean, convenient, and comfortable. It has a washing machine and dish washer. The water pressure is high. When we stayed there, both the soap pumps in the bathroom were broken and was almost empty. That’s the only complaint about the room. There is also a miss communication about the garage. If you bring your car, do not park in the garage underneath the apartment (P-Valberget). We were not told about this that the garage opens from 6:30 am-12:30 am. We parked there and wanted to leave at 5:30 am, and could not because the car was locked in the garage.

Soap pumps were broken and not refilled.

Very good, high standard location in the middle of the old city center - with shops, restaurants and the Oil Museum close by. Well equipped apartment with character.

Our room (307?) was just opposite a bar/restaurant across the lane. Although it was a cold, rainy night and no guests at all were on their open terrace they played nerve wrecking, hammering music till very late; even closed windows and ear plugs didn't help. It must be horrible on a warm summer night. Rooms on other sides of the building should be preferred.

Spacious , clean and well located . Comfortable bed with black out blind . Good kitchen and big bathroom and shower. Good value for money .

No instructions for washing machine and dryer . Could not get dryer to work. Exit lights very bright and that you had to keep closed otherwise people waved as they walked past the living area window.

The proximity to the centre, the access to everything, just a few hundred feet and you are at the main square, there is mcd , burger King, 7to11 stores everything is so close, and if you see places to see in Stavanger, there is a lovely street everyone say you should go to, that Street is literally 50 ft away ... Even the train station is so close .. And the house itself, very clean, warm, has a washing machine cum dryer too, only thing was instructions was not in English... But with Google translate figures it out

Downloading yet another app, to just open and shut the door.. That was a bit of a pain .

Great location and easy to reach all corners of the city on foot. The apartment has a reasonable amount of room, although the kitchen area is tight.

Unnecessarily complicated door lock scheme with apps, ID and password codes when all was needed is one code to punch into keypad on door. No ventilation without A/C and dim lighting. Can’t directly be reached by cab since location is in a pedestrian only walkway area.

The space was beautiful. The host was very quick to respond to messages and provide the relevant details. Comfy bed, shower worked well and the kitchen had all the basics you needed. Washing machine was handy after a few days hiking. Right in the center of town. Great location. Covered parking is conveniently located just down the steps although it does cost a bit.

The sheet on the bed was just a top sheet so it never stayed on and we were constantly making the bed each morning as we'd make to be sleeping partle on the mattress. A fitted sheet would work best. This wasn't a problem for us, but for others it would be worth noting that some rooms may require you to climb in and out of bed as it may be blocked in on three sides.
