Very nice clean and new

The pictures on the website does not show that the room has sloping ceilings in the eaves of the building. Difficult to get around the bed. Not a problem, but let’s put the REAL PICTURE so people can be ware.

When I had a little bit of trouble with the check in I called the operator and had - although already after midnight - immediately somebody on the phone who was extremely helpful. The location of the accommodation is very convenient. What one should be aware of is that there is no staff at all at the accommodation. Of importance is also that the installation of the Vander App is absolutely mandatory and should be done well in advance.

During the check in the display asks how many keys should be created and it gives the impression that kind of a plastic card is produced. But in reality only an electronic key in the Vander App is produced. That should be explained better.

Great location in the center with airport bus leaving right in front (Klubbgata). Very nicely decorated room, clean. I personally liked that you can check-in contactless since it worked well. Also possibility to store your luggage. Loved the coffee in the room.

Rooms are not super quiet at its located in the center and right along the road. Ask for a room that faces the court as that was more quiet than my friend's room that was situated towards the road. The rooms were also very warm (in April in Stavanger!) and airco didnt work (if it was installed at all).

Beautiful room, tastefully decorated, comfortable, all the amenities you need, in an excellent, central location! Will definitely stay here again. Paid parking just a few minutes walk away. Super easy and convenient. Delicious complimentary breakfast buffet. The warm rain shower showerhead was heavenly after a day exploring in the cold weather. We loved our stay!

Only two minor issues regarding check in. First, we never did get confirmation whether our request for early check-in could be accommodated. When we initially asked for early check-in, we received the response that they would try to accommodate and would let us know, however we never heard one way or another after that so we ended up doing some activities around the town beforehand since we weren't sure whether we could check-in early. The other thing is we tried checking in via the app but didn't know our room number which was needed to check-in (we hadn't received that in any communication). Thankfully there was someone there who was able to help us.

Right in town so location is excellent Close to bus stop and great restaurants Clean comfortable room & good WiFi.

Booked this hotel instead of an Air BNB because we wanted to talk to the front desk to get info on the area. But when we arrived there was no staff on the property. It was a self check in machine which was not finding my reservation so it was a bit of a hassle to Skype the staff who are at a sister hotel to get our room keys. I guess this is the direction things are going, but we personally prefer to have actual people when checking in The room was smaller than what it looked like in the photos

Great room—modern, stylish, comfortable, and spacious. They provided slippers and bathrobes, which was a nice touch. The room was fully equipped with a kitchen, though we didn’t use it. It was well insulated, so we couldn’t hear the streets, and the temperature was perfect. The large smart TV was great for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was decent. The location was quite central in my opinion.

Nothing to complain about. This was my second stay, and I got a better room. The breakfast could have more options and a larger space, but it was good nonetheless. The luggage room is quite small, and the entrance door a bit quirky, but these are very minor issues.

Located in the city center. The place is fully automatic, both the gate and the room’s door can be opened with an app. It is close to the city center, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops. The room and the bathroom are both clean.

The room was small, it did not have enough places to hang your staff. The shower was leaking, but fortunately it did not cause problems. No parking garage. It is an old building and even though it was renovated, it smells like one. Breakfast is very low quality. There were not so many choices, and they ran out of food quite early.

Loved everything about it. The room was large and it was beautiful, clean, comfortable. The location is fantastic, right next to the port and colourful street. The bus stop is right in front. Plenty of cafe options closeby. Loved the bathrooms and loccitane toiletteries. We booked two rooms and requested for an early checkin as our flight was early, we were given 1 room. That was very convenient. There is a luggage room on the ground floor which is small.

Nothing. Just to note that there is no reception, so we called the number given and we were able to check in early. Once you get a room number, key is easy. Although, the vander app did not work for me.

The Villa is strategically located in the Stavanger center. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed. We loved the large, open closet, luggage area with mirror to organize all the moving parts at the end of a two-week driving/hiking trip through the fjords. It was super convenient to catch the flybussen to the airport for our very early flight. The Klubgata bus stop is right outside the hotel door. The key card system worked well and seemed more secure than relying on a phone app alone. We saw no staff during our overnight stay.

Other people seemed to be struggling with access. The room was warm despite having the thermostat turned down, and opening the window let in street noise, even on the 4th floor.

Everything! Staff, Although contact was by phone, was very friend ly, welcoming and flexible. I was allowed to check in 4 hours before official start of check-in hours and I was allowed to check out 1 hour late. The room was spacious, super clean and with a comfortable bed. Shower was great too. The location is perfect. In the city center and yet so calm and quite. Very close to the shopping street, malls, restaurants, sightseeing and the port. Highly recommended ! ❤️

Maybe the lack of physical receptionist, but this didn't really brother me as I am a Scandinavian and calling isn't expensive
