Great central location to Stavanger and lovely sitting area, kitchen and interconnecting bedroom. Bathroom also included washing machine, plus kitchen had oven, hob & dishwasher. Massive TV in living room, to use with Apps, plus a bedroom TV too.

The outdoor terrace was shared with other apartments and not private as I had expected when I booked. It was also a bit dirty and unloved and situated next to the trash bin - so didn't use it at all. Needs a good clean of bird poo on the tables & chairs. The double bed filled the length of the room, so movement to either side was not possible, unless you went in the opposite door. Not a big issue, but may be inconvenient to some guests.

The location of this property is excellent! It is located right in the heart of Stavanger, yet it's a very easy walk from the bus/train station. The flat was clean and reasonably comfortable (see below). Wi-fi worked great. The living room TV didn't work, but our hosts made a house call and fixed the problem. Fortunately, we had a second TV in our bedroom and were able to watch a great movie on Netflix. The kitchen was very well stocked and having a washing machine was very convenient.

We were assigned a flat that was different than the one I booked and was pictured in our confirmation. Our flat was upstairs and had pitched ceilings which made it feel cramped. (I banged my head on the ceiling wall when I sat up in bed.) It wasn't enough of a problem to ruin our experience, but in hindsight, I wish I had called our host as soon as I realized that this was not the flat pictured in my confirmation.

The apartment was super cozy and was in an amazing location. Had several parking garages nearby which made it easier to walk by, free netflix subscription was a really pleasing "extra" you don't often see. SUPER KUDOS for the kind of shutters you had, they blocked the sunlight at 100%, being June, we never had really a dark sky, all hotels I stood on, had simple drapes instead of actual shutters. I actually have extra sensibility to light, so the only nights I stood here were the ones I slept at 100% :)

Excellent location, very clean apartment. Small (cozy) space but thoughtfully organized and designed with lots of cubbies and power outlets. Airport and pulpit rock buses stop just a two-minute walk away on Klubbgata.

A bit of noise from late night revelers walking home on weekend nights; otherwise relatively quiet at night. The green exit signs (I assume mandated by local tourism authorities) were a bit bright if you sleep with the bedroom doors open.

First of all, I must point out that we stayed in 'Nygata 16' , not in 'Nygata 1'. 'Nygata 1' was not available at short notice (due to an issue). Hence we got the opportunity to stay in 'Nygata 16', another beautiful apartment. In general, we felt very comfortable in the apartment and were satisfied with everything. What we liked most: + The apartment is well located, right in the city center of Stavanger, which makes it easy to explore Stavanger.+ The apartment was really big, especially the living room and the kitchen as well as the bathroom. Hence 'living out of the suitcase' was easy / not necessary. (The bedroom was small but cozy and the beds comfy.) + Really good (especially for Norway) price/performance-ratio. + Easy Check-in and friendly hosts. + Coffee is available.

Just a general remark for people traveling by car: The accomodation does not provide a parking lot. (That's totally fine and we did not expect one. But we also did not expect that parking in the surrounding area was only possible in car parks which are pretty expensive.) [This has (negative) influence on the rating hence the advertisement shows that there is no parking lot available.]

Perfect location! Close to the airport bus stop (1-2 min walk really), in the walking street full of shops and restaurants (literally located on top of one of the shops!!) It is very central you can walk everywhere! The room is SO spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine (godsent!!), long couch and a balcony. Great price for what you get. Good communication/instruction on how to enter the room. Overall highly recommend!

The stairs!! not great if you're traveling with a luggage - -" The bedroom is bit small with low slanted cieling so be careful if you're tall! Also there is no reception so if you want to checkin/out outside the normal time then it might be a problem.

Great central location in the pedestrianised shopping area. Easy walking distance to most amenities. Compact apartment which is really well equipped and spotlessly clean.

We're from the UK and are used to litter slobs, however, we were not expecting the amount of litter and graffiti in the vicinity of the apartment. Very disappointing. Also during our stay there was a festival in Stavanger which meant there were a lot of loud, drunk festival goers outside the apartment during the early hours. Not a great night's sleep.

Great location. A very well presented property.

It could do with a small microwave oven. It has normal oven and hot plates. Also be aware the 1 Nygata is on a corner. The entrance is not in Nygata, but around the corner. (In between the shops “Jack and Jones” and “H&M”). I arrived just before 1am on a bleak rainy night. Neither I nor the taxi driver could find the entrance because we were looking in Nygata. Eventually figured it out, but I think the hosts need to explain the entrance is not in Nygata.

Clearly a "professional:" accommodation in an excellent location. Communications with "Home Again" were excellent and helpful.Bag storage facility very useful.

It was rather small and the beds took up most of the bedrooms. This, together with sloping ceiling made getting in and out of bed quite problematic. Multi- lingual instructions for the washing machine would have helped.

We loved every bit of this wonderful apartment, well equipped and very very clean! It was cozy and very comfortable. Located in the city centre nearby everything you need in Stavanger. Contact with the owners was friendly and the instructions to get into the apartment were very clear. There is a parking garage within 100meter (and it has chargers for electric cars). We loved to get our breakfast every morning in the nearby bakery. If we're going back to Stavanger one day we will definitely book this one again!
