Fantastic place to stay and see the city. The host was really kind and let us check in way earlier than it was said to be possible (we were travelling for many hours with young kids & arrive at the destination early in the morning). The apartment is close to many restaurants and shops. It's easy to go sightseeing. The apartment was big enough for a family of 4, we got the support we needed and were really satisfied with the comfort and facilities available.

We got a different room than it was shown in the pictures when we did the reservation. It might have been caused due to our request of a very early check in. We weren't informed about it, though.

Except check-in everything was pretty pleasant; rooms with sufficient space, kitchen with enough utensils. Pretty much good experience. Nearby area is also quite good; good restaurants and near to popular places.

Disaster check-in experience. Too much technology but nothing worked properly. Contacted before hand after seeing few reviews about check-in but faced the same issue. Waited for half an hour outside door with aged parents and then some security guy helped us. No way to contact the hotel staffs at late night so my advice will be avoid this place if you are arriving late.

The thee bedroom apartment is just perfect, with excellent furniture and appliances, and beautiful views. It’s right in the gentrifying town center, with plenty of shopping opportunities within a 10 min walk. The renter is very responsive, both by mail and phone.

The fire alarm started blaring at 5:45. This was actually a plus, even more so since we realized that you cannot sleep through a fire. However, it’s not obvious where the central panel is (by the building door) nor how to declare a false alarm (2-page manual in Norwegian). It took the people who probably set the alarm off by over-eagerly grilling 15 min to switch it off. Mind that this is not a complaint: we felt reassured and protected. It may just be possible to give a 1-page instruction to guest on what to do should the toaster start smoking.

Location was super, the apartment is spacious, stylish, comfortable and clean. We spend the new year's eve here and the window in the living room gave us the best views of the fireworks. The bathroom was large and warm, and the shower was extremely comfortable.

The room by the outside hallway had the stupidest curtain which leaves a 3cm gap between the window and itself. During night, the light in the public hallway turns on randomly and made the room bright as noon. We woke up several times because of this and could not get back to sleep. The second night we moved the mattress to the living room and had some peaceful sleep.

Great location, on a street with lots of restaurants and within walking distance of the shops and harbor. The apartment itself was very nicely renovated and comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need for a short stay.

Important to note that the entrance to the hotel is not on Pedersgata, it's around the corner on Langgata. It would be helpful to know this in advance otherwise it looks like you are at an abandoned building. Also, the smell in the hallway from the restaurant next door was unpleasant, but fortunately it didn't smell in the room. There is also construction going on outside, so keep that in mind.

the locations is on close to the museum of the petroleum, you have many nice coffee place close really good, easy to move around, with some hills around. small old town to visit the touristic area. the have also a TV on the room with many channels and YouTube, Netflix, HBO...

I have some difficulties to with the screen to do the check in so I spend less time enjoying the city because when I was running out of battery I could no entrance the room

Convenience to restaurants , short walk to centre

Contact with hosts was by email. My question regarding internet access code wasn't answered untill I was leaving on the third day. Also I couldn't get the TV system to work. it might have been me but some in room instructions would have helped.

The apartment was super clean, all appliances were new. We found everything we needed to cook. Nice smelling soap, dish washer tablets, kitchen towel - all was provided. Nice view from roof Terrasse. We enjoyed the stay and can recommend the apartment.

There is two restaurants on the first floor and the staircase smells of food 24/7. On times of the day one cannot open the windows either without the cooking odors coming in.

Excellent apartment, spacious and very well equipt. A true kitchen where u can make a full dinner. A dishwasher and a washing machine. The even provide for soap for both of them. Remarkable! Great location, 5 minutes walk from the harbour and city center. WIFI was fast and stable. There is no stuff on site but you can communicate with them over email and chat. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Make sure to communicate with them before you arrive for checking details. Paid parking is 5 minutes walks in a parking garage near by

No option to store luggage after checkout Don't park in the nearby streets or u will get a parking ticket.

This is a great 2 bedroom property located within an easy walk of the town centre. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes directly opposite and a supermarket about 500m away. The rooms are small but it has a lovely living area. The kitchen is modern and has all the appliances and kitchen utensils you need for a comfortable trip. Having a washing machine is always a bonus when on a long trip. Parking is on the street and costs but if you go a little further up the hill the parking is free.

It was quite warm in the rooms so a fan to move the air around would have been nice.
