A great budget option, perfect for a short stay - considerably cheaper than similar places nearby so definitely a bargain. Amazing location right in the city centre so walking distance to all sights, shops, bars and restaurants. Less than a minute walk to the pretty colourful street. A 10 minute walk to the station/airport bus stop. Room was small but well-equipped with a fridge, tea/coffee, kettle etc. there was an ironing room on the same floor. Comfortable bedding. Self check in/out process was really simple and well-communicated. Room had a balcony which we hadn’t booked so was a nice bonus

The room was overall very clean but there was a small amount of visible dust on some of the furniture. Location was a little noisy at night and early morning (to be expected for a city centre location but to be mindful of if you’re a light sleeper). Could have done with more hangers in the wardrobe. Some extra pillows would also be good as the ones provided were small. All very minor things - we would not hesitate to stay again

It has been over 3 years now (maybe 4) since I stayed in Havly's & in that time it looks as though it has been tastefully refurbished. Great space in room, 2 comfortable chairs, great bed plus shower was powerful & hot. Even although was across from elevator, it was still so quiet & did not bother me at all.

Nothing really apart from the 'locals' shouting at 3am on the Saturday. I had my window open as was hot but, hey, I know Stavanger so they were just having a good time. Closed window, issue solved.

The hotel is located very conveniently - close to all major points in town. Self-checkin service was great. We received the notification about the room being ready and were able to check-in earlier than the standard time. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

It is not about the hotel itself but outside a group of people were very loud until 2 am, so we didn't get much sleep as we had an early bus.

Loved the location, the room was perfect, and the check in was super easy. I also appreciate the code vice the key, so you never lock yourself out.

I did wish there was ice available for guests somewhere. We ended up having to go to a nearby restaurant to get ice. We had one issue with a door lock battery getting low and locking one of us out, but the hotel was great about fixing it quickly.

Location is near the lively bar area near the water but it's quiet. Had no problem checking in and out. Room was big enough for two person two splay out our items - a lot of storage compartments to let you put your items. Amenities were clean and the the bed is very comfortable. Easy access to a lot of sites nearby.

Within the hotel, the soundproofing isnt great. You wont hear people talking but if someone slams the door hard enough you can feel it in your room.

Location, location, location. The only straff we saw were the maids, who were helpful and friendly.

It seems none of the restaurants in the area were open for breakfast (they all opened at noon for lunch), so without breakfast at the hotel, there were few options that we could find (a 7-11 was close)

Central location, everything is within walking distance. Clean room. I truly liked that there was no time-consuming check-in process, I just told my name and it was all.

High price level in comparison for what you get: absolutely no soundproofing, you are able to hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the area turns into a party district at weekend nights, which makes it impossible to have a restful, tight sleep at night. I have never been to such a 4 star hotel, where the bottom of the curtain doesn't fall to the floor, which means that light control doesn't work properly and after sunrise you'll wake up for the light if you're that type of person, who sensitive to it. Breakfast wasn't included in the price (I knew it, there was no surprise), but you can have it for additional costs. No mini bar in the room, which could have been practical, but it was not a huge deficiency.

This was a contactless property. Never needed to make contact with anyone. Everything was contactless. Plus. Rooms were clean, everything noted on website functioned. Property is in the middle of town and walking sita de to many restaurants and pubs. Not to mention tons of cafes and bakeries.

Everything was amazing.. except for rooms located on the street.. it was like a circus at the weekend. noise level is crazy during weekends.

Staff was amazing 🥰 location is great, but I did miss any place that I could prepare the most simple food. A microwave or something like that. Then again, the housekeeping staff were great and makes it a 11 of 10 ❤️
