The check-in process was extremely quick and simple. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room size was enough for a 4/5 days 'escape', with toilet and bathroom separated which is always nice. Comfy bed, connected television which enables usage of your netflix or else account. Our room was opening on the beachfront and we slept or woke-up with the sound of waves crashing nearby, always nice. The swimming pool is not big but it offers a 32° sea water and multiple jets type, a real treat. Plus a walking section at 17°, fantastic when coming out of the hammam and sauna, both pleasantly big and warm. The dinner at the restaurant was also with a very good variety, and definitely enough to eat with the half-board formula. We liked our stay so much that we are going again soon !

The products for breakfast were not fantastic (bread quality, fruits, scrambled eggs a bit dry) but we still had enough to eat for our need. Wifi is working well but it is annoying to have to accept every single time the conditions for access. Fitness area a bit limited in term of apparels but in a space big enough. A water fountain near the sauna/hammam would be a good idea !

The swimming pool area is really good. Sauna, hammam and a swimming pool with several treatments, comfortable sits. Personnel always very kind and helpful.

Space in the room is a bit limited, the structure is probably not the newest although still fine. There is no airco - this was not a problem for us being there at the end of the summer, but maybe to be taken into account by others.

Room was nice, lacked air-conditioning. Room wit a view. restaurant was good although staff did not remember what table we asked for ( I was quite specific). Nice outdoor bar - needed attention with umbrellas. Restaurant food was very good. Good wine selection. Bar staff helpful - restaurant staff reasonable, after a longer chart fulfilled our wishes ( we like to split some meals between two having something like a tasting menu). Concierge was very helpful. Evening meal food was excellent.

lack of air-conditioning in room, watched a fellow in an Aston Marin (Belgian rego) park in disabled car-spot overnight and in the morning take out his golf clubs. Maybe wife was disabled :( Staff could do better job... Restauranrt staff did not remember which table we booked :( - were quite specific. Bit far to walk to any other restaurant and a little isolated place.

That's our second stay within a month. The room this time had view on the parking/street but it was quiet (not much traffic in december/january I guess) and comfortable. We still like very much the swimming pool/sauna/hammam area. The staff is doing a great job.

It would be good to add some water fountains at the first and second floor

Restaurant and the staff were excellent and could not do enough for us, the food was excellent and great choices. The Thalassa treatments were great and the salt water pool was very relaxing with the different jets.

The room could have been bigger.

Staff were very helpful, we were touring with our bicycles and arrived soaked from the torrential rain. They let us store our bikes safely in a locked conference room. The salt water spa pool was clean and jets were powerful. Room was big and bed very comfortable.

The whole stay was relaxing and pleasurable. The staff were excellent, the room comfortable and the location was fantastic.

Tea as well as coffee in room. Perhaps some biscuits? Glasses in bathrooms and cups for coffee. The plastic ones provided are fine for water and would be perfect in the bathroom but they were not very nice for coffee. A small shelf on left hand side of the bed would have been appreciated.

Loved the location and proximity to the beach. The dining room overlooks the sea, which with better weather would have been lovely. The food was very good and breakfast choice excellent.

After a long day we wanted to swim but discovered all had to wear bathing caps which we didn't have. Next morning the two women decided a swim before breakfast would be good so dressed ready for the pool we purchased caps. Then discovered the pool wasn't open until later (too late for us as we were moving on to another location) - surely most people prefer to swim before breakfast rather than after?!

Our first time to Granville & we were not disappointed. The hotel was very clean & comfortable with good facilities. The staff were all without exception very helpful & happy to help. The restaurant was extremely good with food beautifully presented.
