I really liked the location of this hotel. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was cozy. I traveled with my dog and was glad they were pet friendly and had designated pet areas and grass on the grounds. It was also very convenient that there was a Mexican restaurant next door that was pet friendly on the patio, they had great food. Parking was also very easy and there was a large lot.

My one complaint is there was glass in the parking lot. That made me nervous as I was traveling with my dog, but not only from a selfish standpoint, there were lots of kids in sandals and that is dangerous. It was also not stated explicitly that there would be a charge for having a pet along.

The staff was very professional. The rooms were larger than expected and extremely clean. We were able to have adjoining rooms which made it easier traveling as a family. The kids were pleased with the pool area and the fitness center. Enjoyed breakfast as well.

Slight challenge with one of the rooms in that the key card lit to green but the door didn't always open. Since we had adjoining rooms it wasn't a big issue for us. On one of the days we arrived to breakfast at 9 as did many others and some of the food items had run out and seemed like the attendant wasn't going to replace them. She did refill the items eventually. Sad that the orange juice did not work all week.

I loved the adult swim and hot tub time between 11-12 pm. It's good to work out the soreness of the day. We were tucked in the back on the 4th floor with quietness and privacy. We traveled with a Boston Terrier, and she didn't make a fuss in the room. That tells me they vacuum and clean the rooms well. The staff member Charles was professional and friendly upon check-in and was available to set up the timers in the pool room for us. The room was clean and Leslie left a nice message. Thank you, Leslie. Microwave and fridge in the room. The shower was great! Love the soft water. Ice machine across the hall was full. We didn't eat breakfast; resting was more important for us. However, when I went to the lobby for coffee, the room was packed with people eating cold and hot food. It looked acceptable. The parking was available for our Ford Expedition and U-haul trailer around the outer back perimeter. They have concierge carts to bring everything to the elevator in the lobby up to the 4th floor, surprisingly easy process when it's after 10pm arrival.

We needed more coffee pods in our room. There were 3 of us and only 1 cup of coffee.

The property is clean and convenient to amenities but my review is focused on the staff. We arrived late with 9 ppl, 4 dogs and 3 rooms on our reserved date and check in went smoothly, rooms are very nice, we had a double queen and two king suites. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. But…when we went to leave we realized our truck had a busted water pump. I went back in to see if we could go ahead and book the same rooms for one more night and Shannon was AMAZING. She got us the rooms and made sure we got the great rate. She gave us dog toys for the dogs and just went above and beyond! I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s hard to find a gem like this!

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the free homemade cookies, some staff were very helpful, understanding & friendly! Can't forget the FREE breakfast which was awesome!

We booked a room here only because it had a water slide but when it was time to swim the water slide was closed which was very disappointing! I thought the pool was too cold and there were no pull towels available. The prices for snacks other items and their laundry was a little too high priced for my budget anyway. Oh and the fact that they don't take cash as payment for anything.

Hotel location was great. Right by the interstate, which made the travel to all of the sightseeing locations awesome. Upon arrival, at my request request, we got upgraded to a king suite which was spacious and comfortable. Staff behind the desk were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. An excellent Mexican restaurant is attached to the hotel. Bed, pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. What you would come to expect in this class level hotel.

Indoor pool seemed to be always active, we loads of families and kids, as a result, floors in the lobby, elevators were always wet from people dripping wet from the pool.

I love how clean the pool and hot tub is. Our suite was beautiful and clean, too. The other hotels I’ve stayed at in Rapid City were disguising. Some of the hotels I’ve stayed at promised luxury but had the scent of weed in one area in the hallway and another part of the hallway smelled of alcohol bad. This hotel was nothing like that! VERY elegant and quiet. It felt like a five star hotel.

The arms of the chair in my suite was dirty. I feel like the furniture needs to be steam cleaned but other than that it was clean everywhere else.

This review is for a junior suite (king plus sofa bed) - good water pressure, clean rooms, nice aesthetics, quiet, good views out the eastern-facing window, convenient location for both Rapid City and Black Hills, close to shopping and food. The lobby was a useful place for a quick business meeting. Good network, good TV quality, bed was very comfortable, parking lot felt safe for our rental car, Staff were professional.

Breakfast was just ok, all carbs, little fruit and protein.

I paid my bill upon arrival with my business card. That transaction was handled well but my wife's card has not credited yet. What iritates me to be told upon checkout that I owed 9 plus dollars hotel service fee. We all know that is just charge out the air light resort service fee Just plan bu==s==,t

Good amount of variety on the breakfast options. Very clean and friendly staff. Pool and hot tubs were very nice (although a strong current on one side of the pool caused by the water slide can create a somewhat scary moment).

The mattress was a bit too firm. The LG TV had the TruMotion (soap opera effect) always on and there was no apparent way to turn it off or adjust any of the TV settings. Made watching TV difficult.
