We used three different rooms during our stays, one a higher grade than the other two. Rooms even the smaller ones are big but bare with few furniture. Lots of eateries serving a variety of food, small shops and a very good cinema within short walking distance. Not exactly touristy but very lively, it's one of the oldest neighborhood where local residents, expats and foreign college students (because of the HKU dormitory nearby) live. Really close to the Kennedy Town subway station which takes 10 minutes to reach the Central district. Affordable

Minimum housekeeping service. No luggage storage between stays even one day apart. Had to take all our luggage with us on our one-day side trip.

The new, modern interior room in Mia Casa was very clean, good bed with great vieuw from the 12th floor. Reachable bij fast lift. Desk reception was 24 hours available and very nice people. The location was fantastic. Close to Kennedy Town MTR and the east - west tram line. Nice , not too busy neighbourhood. Reastaurants and shops ..plenty! All you need at y'r fingertips

The only minor (minimal) point we could find was the fact that there was no way to open , even , a small window to get some ' fresh' natural air in. We found only the airco, sometimes, too much to deal with.

The location is great - very close to the seafront, MTR station and tram stop, also many nice coffee shops and restaurants around. I also like the view with boats and ships just in front. The room is quite spacious for HK housing. Overall, it's a good value for the price.

I had some noisy neighbors who started phone calls at 6 am, not a problem of the hotel though.

The hotel was spacious for the cost, the bed was relatively hard but was okay for 7 nights! Decent location, only a few MTR stops from Central (15mins tops). Lots of gooooood food places.

Room is spacious, no complains about that.

No microwave which is supposed to be very useful specially if you have kids and needs to reheat food Also, we wanted the room to be cleaned but they just fix the bed and change the towels 😅

Situated in local suburb. Good transport and restaurants and shops close by

Mugs could have been changed daily. No toilet available at 3.30pm when returning to hotel for luggage and departure to airport

The reception stuff is always nice. Price is good.

1. I wish there is space towel 2. The only they have in the room was never washed or changed. 3. Roommaking was sometimes slack.

Convenient location, vicinity to great food and transit options. Bigger than average rooms.

Limited lobby space and the lift went temporarily out of service during the stay.

Clean, modern, more spacious than most hotels in Hong Kong, bigger than our expectations (we are regular visitors of HK)

Very spacious for a HK room. Water pressure and temperature was amazing! They changed the towels every day which I absolutely loved!

I guess it could have been even more cleaner.
