Facilities and Location of apartment very good

Host very difficult to contact and late reply when we chart

Location is good. Space was comfortable for 12 adults

Master bedroom bathroom need to have separate space than the sink and toilet. Water runs everywhere after showering and slippery to walk inside. Almost slipped a few times since it takes time for the water to dry up

Strategic place close to the mall and public transport. Clean rooms, spacious living room and kitchen, convenient for those coming on vacation with a large family. Beautiful view facing Times Square

The toilet door lock sometimes doesn't work. Overall is in good condition

So simple & easy to collect the keys from letter box secured with locks with pin no.

Additonal access card for lift access for bigger family whom rented for 3 or 4 bedroom apartment.

Very clean and comfy room. staff friendly,everything is good recommend to stay here😄

Strategic location. Enough beds for family. Unit near lift. Clean and comfortable. Wifi is superb! 🙂

The lift. As it a more mature apartment, so lift create noises. Lift opening not level as lift landing. Has to be careful when exiting the lift. Overall, it a good place.

The location is strategic. Walking distance to Berjaya Time Square which we planed to go.

The floor cleanliness and kitchen’s pot and wok unable to use as it was too rusty. The rules asking us to pack garbage and send to garbage room else will have cleaning fees make troublesome. We keep cleanliness and wash all plates and utensils we used, but the rules asking to throw garbage we have packed to garbage room, and didn’t have a sign to show where is the garbage room, make our check-out process delayed.

The location is strategic, close to the monorail station and nearby mall/attraction.

1. The unit faces the main road and sometimes the noise of vehicles is disturbing. 2. The worst and most disappointing part was that my family and I have been accused of causing damage that was not our fault. The damage was already there when we entered the unit. They have asked for payment even though we did not cause any of the damage they claimed.

Aircond licking in one of the room. Aircond at living room is not function. And the staff os not helpful... i pay 500++ per night but stay like a cheap hotel.. tq so much....
