The staff !!!!! They were so lovely ( this hotel works well because of them . Efrain was working on our arrival to greet us , he was so welcoming, he took our bags to our room ( unfortunately we were on 1st floor no view, he contacted the reception straight away , the lovely receptionist gave us a perfect room ses and pool view 🥰. The restaurant staff fantastic, pool bar staff too young staff by pool who have us our towels 🥰. The security people , we felt very safe and secure. The room was always cleaned to perfection & always with a smile and greeting.

Actually we did not realize we were next door to the airport 😂😂, only sat on our terrace our first evening, I thought omg is that the tail end of a plane, it was . We did quite a bit of plane spotting in our week stay, got to know all the airline’s from Colombie 🇨🇴 passing by 😝😝

Hotel was very nice, comfortable, well kept, beach was close and sand was clear / maintained (sometimes an issue in this part of Colombia due to natural debris that wash up on shore. Staff very friendly. There was a little confusion about them mixing up the rooms, staff did their best to correct it. We booked 3 rooms, trying to stay close together though. They already had 2 of the 3 of the rooms on different floors, after staff adjusted the rooms to clear up the mix up it ended up spreading out group out more though. Still no complaints. Restaurant's breakfast was amazing. A traditional Colombian buffet spread (which is not normal at most Colombian hotels, at least in my experience) plus lots your standard 'American' offerings like eggs and french toast.

Hotel was VERY VERY VERY close to a small airport. Medium sized passenger planes landing every half hour or so but that stopped after 11PM and didn't start again until after 7-8. Hard to hear the planes inside the room though, sounded like street noise. If you at the pool or on the beach it was briefly annoying. Not loud enough to hurt your ears or not be able to have a casual conversation.

The quality of food in the restaurant was very good. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially José from the front desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The decoration of the hotel, both inside and outside, was very nice. The room has a microwave, which makes it perfect for longer stays. The room also includes a spacious balcony and very comfortable seating There is a high-quality sound of music outside of the hotel. The view of the airplanes was interesting (the runway finishes behind the hotel's wall)

A small bottle of water only on the first night. The portion sizes of meals at the restaurant could be larger, especially considering the price. The breakfast could have been more varied; there were no sweet options apart from jam. The lack of a greater choice of pillows (lower and higher) was a disadvantage that limited comfort during sleep.

Staff, location, restaurant all were excellent!

The highlights of the hotel for my wife and I were. The room, it was comfortable and well equipped. The Breakfast was good as well. The staff were friendly. The pool was excellent. And the beach front was also nice with plenty of seating.

Our room was very loud when planes were landing or taking off. We could see the runway from our balcony. We only had a small ocean view as the balcony directly faced the airport.

Facilities were nice and clean. Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, but were confused about my booking and payment through Booking.com. They wanted me to pay again there, but eventually it was handled.

The service at the pool and outside sitting areas for food and drink was extremely slow. We waited over an hour for drinks, and later we waited over an hour and ten minutes for food and drinks to be delivered.

Modern facilities, very friendly and cordial staff. The food was also very good, with complete breakfast.

The only thing that ia worth mentioning is that this hotel is situated right next to the end of the runway of the airport, but you do get used to the noise of airplanes (which stop flying at around 10:30pm).

The hotel staff were super helpful. We travel a family member with a disability and the hotel staff were very attentive to his needs. The lend us a wheelchair to use in the hotel facilities. Definitely a will come back to this hotel.

The hotel menu from the restaurant had very little options. It would be great if they include more options.

The hotel is relatively new and it is very comfortable. The breakfast was great since they had a lot of options and it varied everyday. The staff was amazing and always ready to help.

Since it is new it still looks like a work progress. The Aesthetics are missing a bit
