Quiet location in a young/student neighborhood. Felt safe, staff were friendly, spoke English. Great view of the port and waters from our 6th floor room. Breakfast was a reasonably good buffet: mini crepes, croissants, sliced meats, breads, some sweet breads / cakes/ muffins, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juices, tea, coffee. And eggs - see what we didn't like.

Our bed was not one large queen/king but two separate beds just placed together, which easily moved apart. For eggs, an electric stove was setup at the breakfast buffet - you had to make the eggs yourself if you wanted - this was a bit inconvenient, but not too bad. No sliced cheese, only a couple of soft cheeses.

We stayed in total of 3 rooms. 2 of them were perfectly clean and 1 was a little bit dirty. The rooms had everything needed, you even have stoves for cooking. There are also washing machines in the building, the room is perfect if you travel with a pet. There was a good breakfast and underground parking for those who need it. Beautiful view from the window. The area is pretty safe and good, there are 2 universities on both sides of the hotel as well as a shopping centre.

You had to pay for everything extra. Paying for washing machine, for the detergent, for parking, for breakfast. And it's not so cheap if you add these up.

The size of the rooms was excellent and the flexibility of being able to book two linked rooms was really good. We also appreciated having a kitchenette, and whilst we didn't use the cooking facilities, we did use the fridge, and its freezer compartment to refreeze the cool-packs for the picnic bag. We really liked the free pool table, arcade games machine and board games too. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice.

Although the breakfast was good and varied, replenishment was inconsistent, not just food, but also basics like plates and teaspoons. They advertise a car park, but this seems to be shared with the adjacent block of flats, and we were forced to use the car park of the shopping centre next door. They also advertise a rooftop terrace, but this was empty and the door was locked, so they might as well not have bothered. The big problem was that we used our door hanger to request the room be cleaned two days in a row, and it was ignored both times, This led to us running out of toilet roll, having to use wet towels, the bin overflowing and a generally dirty floor. On the second of these days, the hanger was removed by the cleaning staff so we couldn't use it again.

The apartment was clean . spacious enough to make breakfast and sleep for 5 people. The location is not far from the port but it quite during the night. They had extra 2 toilets on the floor which is useful if you travel with a big company. They had kitchen utility to make breakfast.

There was no toilette paper in the room or extra toilets in the hall, so we had to go to the reception to ask for it and it was a bit backward. They indicate that they have a parking but when we asked they said it all booked. There were no sponge or soap to clean the dishes after breakfast , which is strange since they provide pot and everything else. No coffee machine and the coffee downstairs was terrible , but cheap (only 1.5 euro).

The breakfast included in the price was excellent. The parking was in a secure carpark underground (more in the not so great) so no issues there and if you come off the ferry at Le Havre then it is excellent location being less than 700 metres from customs control. The actual accommodation was excellent, clean and very spacious. We had a balcony that was great. The adjoining door for someone travelling with us was brilliant as we could be socialise together until it was time to close the door. All the staff were excellent. We got there late but behind the hotel, about 600 metres, there was a range of restaurants that also offered takeaway. We had a fantastic pizza and lasagna back in our room.

Parking to check in. To get to the underground parking you have to go in and get a key fob and there isn't that much space out front to stop and go in. However, since we were in two vehicles it made it easier and once I found where the parking area was (underground) I realised why I couldn't see it. Definitely didn't detract from the stay and will be wanting to stay there again.

mess with parking, although the building is surrounded by a huge empty parking lot, the hotel does not have any parking spaces at all, and at the reception desk there is a PERMANENT information about the lack of spaces, directing to a nearby shopping center, however the reception was completely unaware of this matter and unable to explain this information. Rumble from early morning under the window with deliveries/laundry, in the bathroom no place to put your things and cosmetics, mess at breakfast, service could not keep up, dirty tables

Located a few minutes walk from the exhibition centre, the appart hotel is very clean and modern looking. The room we stayed in is a good size and we even had a balcony, which was unexpected. It's super quiet and you cannot hear a noise coming from outside nor the corridor. The reception area/lounge is very well decorated and furnished with very comfy sofas and chairs. Breakfast is very good, with a decent variety of food and drinks. Staff are polite, discreet and helpful. Overall, it was a brilliant stay which was great value for money.

The location was amazingly close to many interesting and tasty places of Havre, 5 minutes from the railway and bus stations. The stuff was friendly and welcoming, able to speak in both French and English. The view from an appartment was nice. The breakfast was plenty. Non-smoking floors!!!

Did not like the uninvited cleaning, despite it was nice. There was a lot of reparations and empty constructions around the building, this somewhat worsened the overall impression. Nothing specific about the hotel or stuff themselves.

Very nice, clean, well equipped studio. Girl on desk was extremely helpful and patient! Pleasant view over the canal. Parking is extra (underground garage) and probably not necessary as people were parked all over the quay but I feel happier with secure parking. Had a drink in the bar then bought a snack in the Lidl which is only a few steps away.

The hotel was a little difficult to find, it's huge, looks newish and has a very small sign.

Super clean and new, well-situated near the train station and the Docks Vauban. There's a fitness room and a sauna (although I didn't use them). I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast closes too early (10.30). The kitchenette didn't have washing up liquid or a sponge or a tea-towel, which I would have expected and are provided in Adagio, for example. The towels are already thin and feel old. The window would not stay open. (These are minor points.)
