Newer building, staff was nice Sandra was texting me to keep up to date. Breakfast was ok not great.

Had issue with almost all outlets and usb not working maintenance person couldn't understand. Didn't fix but asked us to move rooms, but we didn't. Beds made noise when u sat on them. Maid service we didn't get the 1st 3 days until i said something. Ask for shampoo, got little bottles. Water marks on wall in bathroom, slider door hard to pull shut, other elevator didn't work, coffee and hot waterwas never hot during the night.

I really liked the breakfast. It wasn't anything special but it had everything I and my family were expecting in a breakfast. Plus, they have a really cool waffle maker that makes waffles in the shape of Texas! Moreover, the staff were absolutely amazing. They made our stay that much more better. They treated us and my kids with so much care and made us feel really welcomed.

One thing that was a bit challenging was the door to the bathroom. It was a sliding door with no lock so anyone in the room could open it.

I believe the young man’s name was, Terrance, who checked us in. He also came to our room within minutes to check on the television which wasn’t working correctly. When he left, we had TV service. He was so polite, so friendly and so helpful.

Average breakfast and location is not too far from Cityline and the highway. Hotel was clean and it was fairly quite throughout the night. The layout of the room.

Fresh towels can be offered daily at least. The night staff was off doing something instead of being at the counter when guess arrive after the doors lock. Waited for like 5 minutes for someone to realize that I was trying to enter the building to check in.

The staff is pleasantly friendly, rooms were exceptional, and the room service being on our schedule is something amazing that I have never encountered before! The location is just outside the main part of Dallas, allowing things to be quieter and more relaxing when we aren't going out to do things.

Being outside Dallas made about a half hour drive to any of the places we were interested in, but the drive isn't to bad as long as you don't encounter to many accidents.

Clean and welcoming. The rooms were also clean, my kids loved the pool and the breakfast was good. All the staff members were nice and friendly.

I wish the rooms come with more channels for kids, but they had their phones an d spent most of the time at the pool.

The TV was at a 90 degree angle to the bed. Very uncomfortable to watch while laying down.

To outlet in my room to charge my phone didn't work too well. And some didn't work at all.

The curtains didn’t close all the way, there were see through curtains that did. But I was on the ground floor and I could see right through them. A bus parked outside my room and the occupants could see me .

. The breakfast was great as it isn't just a cold breakfast. It was a hot nice meal to start you day. The room was cleaned and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The only thing that I wish is the curtain in the room. There was no darken (thicker curtain above the heating/cooling system) instead it was the white sheer curtain which is not good to block the sun
