Price was decent, good location, fits more people than an average hotel room.

It’s an older property and the layout is odd. We were on the backside where there is limited street parking and it’s hard to access the lobby from there. We stayed here once previously and the power went out for an extended period of time. That was an odd experience because nobody from the staff came to check on people in the units or put any lights in the hallways. Has old baseboard heaters that I was trying to crank up to keep us warm but never got the room to where we were comfortable.

The first room I was allocated was so dark, with absolutely no view, that I asked to change. I accepted reluctantly to pay a bit more to get a different room but found out the new room was spacious and full of light. Although the appliances in the kitchen are old, everything is fully functional and a lot of attention to details made my trip absolutely amazing. The very friendly staff makes a fantastic job at making this place welcoming despite its age. Parking slots just in front of the hotel, a spa with Sauna, Hot Tub and a very nice pool, outside BBQ place available too. The price to pleasure ratio cannot be beaten in Park City.

I did not like to have to pay for an upgrade just to avoid sleeping in a cave but the room I got was 100 times worth the price difference. So, in the end I am glad I now have found my place in Park City. The roof structure above the hot tub needs new paint. I guess the staff is so busy taking care of guests they have no time to chill out in the tub. Well, they should because they would then understand my comment about the old rusty paint on top of the tub.

I was honestly expecting a typical hotel room, two beds, microwave, mini fridge & bathroom. I was extremely pleasantly surprised to open the door to a full apartment. Well appointed but small full size kitchen. Dining area, cute living area with comfy sofa, chair and coffee table along with a nice sized television. An adequate bathroom off the living room. I didn’t anticipate the full sized bedroom with master bath. The master bath had a nice, deep bath tub. The Murphy bed in the living room and the provided crib gave everyone their own bed (an awesome treat on family vacation). It was so nice having a space big enough for the whole family to stretch out and not be on top of each other.

The checkout time leaves a lot to be desired. “Late” checkout is 11 am, which is standard checkout time for most places. I will absolutely stay again and I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone who asks!

Location was great. Within walking distance to main street Park City with all the shops and restaurants. Also right around the corner from the Park City Mountain Village. The room was very nice and having a kitchen was a nice add to be able to cook our own meals when wanted. The beds were comfortable and room was quiet.

Our room was east facing and there were no curtains on the windows, just wood blinds. When the sun rose, we were forced to wake up because it was so bright in the rooms. Other than that, our room was a little worn and in need of some updating, but was still very clean.

We liked the location. The lobby was beautiful. The pool was warm and clean. The unit was very clean and roomy. Loved the two bathrooms and the kitchen area was nice.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. The heating units were very noisy and made it hard to sleep. We had lights blaring into our room all night long which also made it hard to sleep.

Great place. Excellent location. Attentive staff. Cant beat the price! Within walking distance of Park and Main streets FOR all the overpriced shopping and eating you can handle. Also within easy walking distance of Harvest (for brunch/coffee), Atticus (great coffee) and Bridge (bomb breakfast) eateries. Or. You can OVERPAY, entirely, to stay in someone elses home in downtown PC with hundreds of dollars in hidden and false fees.

My shower wasnt working great, at first, but was quickly remedied by staff.

Rooms were clean. It was a suite with a kitchenette and allowed plenty of room for our 17 year old to stay in a separate room. There was also a game room so we enjoyed ping pong.

The hot tub was not working. We had all planned on using it. It is something I look for when I booked, because we had down time during the stay. I asked for a small refund and staff did not provide one. Also the hours of the pool and sauna are limited. The sauna was always in use when I tried to use it.

Rooms were very accommodating to gather as a large group. Was great to have our own rooms and the kitchen and dining area made it perfect for being able to eat together and have family game night. The atmosphere of the entire property was welcoming and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and we appreciated there was good space in the shallower water for the littles.

Staff was very accommodating about the parking but I could see where parking could be a bit of a challenge in busier periods.

I love this place. They were welcoming and accommodating. The condo itself was convenient to everything. It was very comfortable and had everything (and more) that we needed. Check in and check out was easy. Eager to come back.

No exaggeration: there was nothing that I didn't like. The ONLY caveat I have is that the three bedroom unit has a spiral staircase to access the 3rd room. Wasn't a problem for us, but might be for travellers with mobility issues.

Kitchenette was fully stocked with tools/supplies. Bathroom had plenty of bath and hand towels. Staff was available and around doing work through out the building. The options for parking in the garage and lots outside were easy to use and Cleaned from any snow build up that occurred

The happy hours that are offered are only 1 hour long. Maybe think of extending them to two hours. As a smoker I would have loved to see an ashtray, but myself (any plenty of other I noticed) found the garbage pale to use.
