Quiet environment in the middle of nature. Modern and spacious entrance. Spacious room. Breakfast room with a nice garden view.

Difficult to find the hotel entrance after dusk without a lighted sign around the hotel. Also insufficient lighting for desk work and make-ups in the room. Room was way too warm to sleep and had to keep the window open during the night. No lift to the upper floor. No short cut route to the breakfast room.

Location, restaurant (good menu and quality)

Dated room and facilities, difficulty parking and charging EV (shouldn’t have to have a local charge card to be able to charge at a hotel)

We were pleasantly surprised with all that the hotel has to offer. Firstly it is a very cozy entourage with beautiful decorating making you feel like at home. The restaurant was very good, the room, the staff and the facilities really perfect. It is in the middle of nature yet close to all arterial roads. This was our first time here but will definitely come again!

Really nothing. As mentioned before we had a wonderful 3 night stay and absolutely loved the place.

Lovely location and very impressive reception area of the hotel. Ample parking. The coffee machine had pods which meant I could have coffee in the morning. Beds were comfortable and there was a lovely view from the window.

Our room was slightly dated, the bathroom was modern but small and the layout was not great (the sink nearly touches your face when sitting on the toilet).

The location in a quiet area next to a park. The room is clean and neat.

I do not admire or like bars at the entrance of the hotel specially coming with family. The doors at the corridors if slammed close makes a noise at the room. The room didn’t have a fridge.

Delicious dinner in restaurant. Beautiful detailed map. Breakfast was excellent. Our hotel room had two separate bedrooms. A real luxury. The hotel has a beautiful location in green surroundings

Carpet in front of the elevators no longer looked so neat. The outdoor area around the pond is beautiful, but requires maintenance. Walking paths are overgrown and are bumpy. And there was some rubbish in the bushes.

Coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious, I have seen smaller studio flats! View from the window was pleasant. Very little noise from other guests. Our travelling companion had their evening meal by room service and was very happy with the food and the service. The bed was very comfortable. Restful night sleep.

4 sachets of milk instead of two. That's it!

The breakfast is super, the kitchen is cooking amazing! We had also a diner and it was delicious.

The only minus in the restaurant was that nobody cleaned the floors from the Saturday evening and in the morning we saw the same garbage on the same spots but when we arrived in Friday everything was clean... Strange but I think something things like this happens...

Room exceeding expectations, really good and spacious. Beds very good and comfy. Room carpets a bit tired but clean. Bathroom spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of breads and their scrambled egg was the best I've had for long time and had a nice consistency. Good choice of breads and hygienically covered for those who like to slice theirs. The butter was real Dutch creamy butter and the honey easily the best I've had in a hotel for a long time.

The step into the bath for shower a bit high. There was a support handle for the bath, but none for the shower and I need one. Towels supplied but no facecloth. (washandje in Dutch). Tiled toilet floor a bit slippery at times, needed to be careful. We didn't find the cooked meats for breakfast attractive and "cheap". They said book restaurant but when you arrive in the evening you can't book beforehand. Restaurant staff not very accommodating even when there were free tables but ok later on. Settle the bill up front before even seeing the room and not being able to book meals and drinks to the room. Never happened before in the many hotels I've stayed in.

Nice hotel in a pittoresk environment. Nice rooms with average but good furniture (bed and bathroom). Good middle road restaurant for both diner and very good breakfast buffet. Good value for money; good product in this category. I will certainly return!

All the staff is very friendly and willing to serve well, but they lack training and experience.
