Beautiful place in Plaza de Espana, real value for money and high quality. Beautiful room, receptionist very lovely and helpful. Free coffee and refreshments were an added bonus. We will stay there again.

The Suites are located in a great location, just off a quiet city plaza. There are many windows that let in lots of light. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and everything worked well. The building is very well maintained and the staff are very helpful. It was a perfect stay for us.

What a fabulous place to stay ! Every need is catered for , in a modern spacious apartment . Bed and pillows were so comfortable, very clean, The kitchen has everything that you will need , including a full size fridge freezer . I loved it . I was on the rooftop apartment . I have to give a special mention to the receptionist . This young lady was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, and did her job so well !

I would have loved a front view window. as seen in the picture of the room I booked . But I did ask for a high room and got a room on rooftop . . so my request was filled :) But my stay was still fabulous ! There honestly was nothing to dislike.. Everything here is fabulous ! So many little extras available for the customers comfort .

We has deluxe apartment and it was beautiful as on the pictures, spacious and super clean. And they provide tea/coffee machine in internal patio, where it's also very enjoyable to sit. I was very happy with the choice - charming wonderful apartment house, great location and very nice old town of Cadiz. Highly recommend. Note: we used outdoor parking Reina Sofia, only 8,5 per day and 5-10 minutes of walk from the hotel with no need to drive narrow old town streets

We liked everything about this property- no complaints at all. Just remark- if you plan to stay long and use kitchen for serious cooking - it's modern and beautiful, but it's the case when design is better than convenience. we haven't used it much, so for us it was not a problem.

There wasn’t any breakfast as it was an apartment with a kitchen. The apartment was very good as it was suitable for me with my wheelchair. It was in a lovely plaza .restaurants nearby and not too far from the Cathedral and other beautiful buildings and also the port where the big cruise ships docked. There is a walkway to an island which is amazing. There is also a big indoor market and in the evening it turns into a big eating hub.

The apartment was very short in mirrors. Only one in the bathroom and a small one over the kitchen area which you had to bend down to. Windows are not double glazed so you hear a lot of noise at night because the bedroom window is on a busy street.

The rooms were large and very comfortable. Our party booked both an apartment and suite. Both were spacious and comfortable. The lobby was clean and inviting. The hotel is right off the Plaza Espana and close to squares, shops and restaurants. Also a short walk or bus ride from the train station so very easy to get around. We were very happy with this selection and we would stay here again. There is a mini bar in the lobby stocked with water and soft drinks that are free to guests. Snacks are also provided.

The coffee machine was out of order. This was the only negative. However, coffee in the cafes is delicious and part of the experience in visiting Cadiz, Cadiz.

Great location, close to everything in the historic town centre, restaurants etc. Public buses leave from the square right in front of the building, an excellent way to move around town. I had an apartment overlooking the square, with a great view. The rooms were well designed and had every comfort. The historic building has been beautifully renovated and I appreciated the free coffee, tea etc. In the lobby. I found the Parking Muelle Alfonso to be the closest, safest and cheapest. It is a public parking within the Port area, but the guards at the gate allow access.

Not really a dislike, I just wish the staff at reception could have been better informed about places to park and details about their cost, particularly for non-Spanish nationals, as we cannot use the apps to pay or make reservations for several days.

Spacious room with all amenities including kitchenette, although who would use it while staying in this beautiful city with plenty of seafood restaurants. Modern design, quality stone and tiling. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Room had a small balcony with a street view across the Park. Building features an inner courtroom with a coffee machine and soft drinks for the guests. There is an elevator and roof terrace.

Nothing to dislike. Actually they could go a step further an feature breakfast

The building has been restored beautifully and the roof terrace is really nice. The free coffee, biscuits and soft drinks available in reception 24/7 are a great idea.

The sound proofing, particularly on windows overlooking Plaza de Espana, is not adequate, and sound reverberates around the plaza into the small hours at the weekend. It can be very difficult to sleep. Also the design of the rooms is quite peculiar in places--the kitchenette sink units are recessed in such a way that they are impossible to use.

This apartment ranks as one of the best ever. Reception staff are excellent and this is a brilliantly run establishment. The location in the Plaza España is spectacular. Very large room with balcony overlooking the plaza. Bed is super comfortable with a selection of pillows to choose from. Great bathroom with a lovely rain head shower. Kitchen is perfect for a short stay and is well equipped. Complimentary drinks on the ground floor. Everything super clean. Wish we’d stayed for much longer.
