One of the the best accommodations I've stayed in, in the UK. The host/s of this accommodation know what they are doing! Not only is the accommodation beautifully decorated but it has everything you need to make your stay easy and feel like a holiday. Lovely location (quiet), parking outside, easy check-in, very clean throughout, all the kitchen equipment I needed to cook for my family (including immaculate oven and microwave), lovely powerful showers, two equally decorated large bedrooms (which is brilliant) both with TV, dressing table - perfect for travelling adults. Best pillows I have ever slept on. Warm. Everything is high quality and a real home from home. I can't fault the place and will definitely visit again - for longer next time. Thank you.

Beautiful property, dog friendly and parking in front. Thoughtfully designed and furnished cottage, with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. High quality fixtures and fittings. Extremely comfortable beds and great shower. Only a short stroll to lovely recently reopened village pub, that is also dog friendly. Very quiet location next to farm. Easily accessible village, perfect stopover on long journey to Scotland. Would definitely return and recommend. After long journey lovely to arrive to lamps on music playing and heating on, very cosy warm cottage, didn’t notice the freezing temperatures outside.

We arrived early and told that we were welcome to come into property, and it was explained that the washing from previous guests was on Line but we didn’t mind at all. Stellar property with excellent facilities, including great baby cot and high chair which our friend used (who lives in the village). Beautiful garden. Great shower. Little touches were outstanding such as the excellent coffee pods and machine

Nothing. Everything was great. I even loved the lowing cattle on farm next door. Some people might not like that however I loved it.

Lovely cottage, very homely and finished beautifully. Comfy large beds, large sitting room and kitchen dining room and an enclosed garden with seating. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a small jug of milk on arrival was a lovely touch too.

Nothing about the property itself it is fabulous but for future guests there are no shops in the village so make sure to stock up before you arrive. :)

Beautiful cottage. Furnishing and finish perfect. Really comfortable beds & sofa. Spacious and warm. Lovely finishing touches, with a good supply of tea, coffee, biscuits & milk on our arrival. We had everything we needed, and more than we expected. A very relaxing 3 days. And the bonus was the countryside smells & the cows mooing in the morning!

Beautiful and peaceful cottage. Very well equipped. Great private and secure rear garden which was great for our dog. Would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

The only thing that let it down was the ensuite shower in the large bedroom. It would have been much more convenient if it was a full ensuite with sink and toilet.

A STUNNING cottage in a lovely location, tucked away and so peaceful. We were off to a local wedding and wanted a boujee alternative to a hotel, what I will say is that it wasn’t far off the price of a hotel but was absolutely gorgeous so we hit the jackpot! Super comfy beds, refreshments perfect (fresh milk in the fridge and tea and coffee etc), very very clean, classy decor. We had a lovely evening in the lounge with cocktails. This may sound strange but.. the shower water pressure was SO GOOD and there were loads of fluffy towels. Makes a big difference when someone pays attention to the little details. Thank you very much!

An absolutely wonderful cottage with every home comfort you could wish for. My elderly parents loved it - quiet location, comfortable, solid armchairs, huge beds, bath mat, egg cups and toaster were all much appreciated by them. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful and well-equipped, with some really interesting books to read. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Not really their fault, but there are no shops in the village (the CostCutter shown on Google maps doesn’t exist, and Google have been told but not changed their records). Hence if you don’t have a car with you (we were walking) the nearest place to eat is 20 minutes away.

Clean and well equipped property. All facilities were in good condition and a pleasure to use. Great that there was the option of bath and shower as our preference differs in that respect. Bedrooms are welcoming and comfortable. The property is tastefully decorated to a high standard.

In the evenings it was quite cool to sit in the lounge, even though it was summer.
