Location was awesome but we unexpectedly broke down on the side of the Hwy outside of Jackson, MS. Had to drive backwards to get a car from enterprise. long story short we did not get to check in till like 4:45 a.m. and had to be out by like 11 a.m. they only let us stay for an hour longer and we paid enough to have been able to stay and sleep a little longer we had a baby with us as well.

The breakfast was about typical for a property of this type, which is to say it was pretty good. I would have liked to see a bit more selection, but everything was fresh, and it was very well attended by the staff. The property itself was clean and comfortable.

Entry and exit to the parking lot was a bit confusing initially. Not sure anything can be done about it, but this also confused Google Maps, as every time we left for any destination, it was confused and sometimes gave wrong directions until we got to a major thoroughfare.

Breakfast was exceptional, with lots of warm options and they didn't run out of anything. I was able to get coffee any time, as well as hot water for tea. I had a couple of personal situations where I needed help, and the customer service people I came in contact with went above and beyond to help me - I cannot thank Heka (I think was her name) and Kai enough for saving the day and helping me several times. The cleaning crew did try to start cleaning before checkout on my room, but I let them know I would be checking out soon and they were willing to come back later.

The room I stayed in (211) is above the ice machine on the ground floor which makes a lot of noise. It did not really bother me after I figured out what it was (it sounds like a spinning dryer). But if you are someone who needs complete quiet while sleeping avoid this room.

The breakfast options were great! However, not allowing the leashed pet to be on the floor in the food area makes it difficult for a single traveler with pet to take advantage of the Included breakfast.

Finding the actual road to the hotel was a little difficult - more signage is needed after exiting the interstate. The NONrefundable pet fee of $75.00 is extremely excessive for a 1-night stay, especially for a barely 5-pound dog, wearing a diaper, and having her own kennel. It’s more than 1/2 the room rate. I may have missed it, but I do not remember seeing a place to indicate I was traveling with a pet OR the fee.

Hotel and rooms are very clean. Rooms are comfortable. and spacious. The lobby area is important to me because I wake up so much earlier than the family and having a place to comfortably sit and relax and enjoy coffee is important. It has comfortable areas to relax outside too and a great workout room!

I really enjoyed my stay. The only small complaint was one of the workers was cleaning one of the sofas in the lobby during the breakfast area. The machine was super loud and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. I asked the gentleman to wait until breakfast was over and he did. It was good to know they take such effort in cleaning the furniture!!

The breakfast was outstanding. They didn't have any sausage gravy and has brown. Other than that it was great. I really liked the Spanish omelet.. The room had everything that you could have imagined.

I don't like it that I am always up on the higher floors. I know that construction workers and other people that stay there for an extended amount of time get the 1st floor always. It would be nice to least get a room on the 2nd floor. I always get there right at the beginning of check in.

Every single staff member was friendly and pleasant. From the front desk to the house keeping staff. Every greeted us, I have never been to nicer and might I add clean hotel. The breakfast, pool, and communication through text were all bonuses. Needless to say, my family and I will definitely be back!

This was hands down one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The room was huge, had everything down to a full size fridge and dishwasher which came in handy for our stay. The staff were all awesome so kind and accommodating. The place is kept immaculate and there were lots of staff always working hard. Pool area, grill area and a fire pit what more could you ask for? I will definitely choose them again.

Hotel is quite new so everything is still in excellent condition. The room is smartly arranged that even with the kitchen and table it felt spacious. The staff were friendly, the location was safe, the rooms were very clean.

The breakfast was only ok. It is quite basic and not everything was fresh. The waffles were excellent though!
