Substantial selection at breakfast, welcoming staff, location, great shower and hairdryer. Overall the bathroom was the highlight of the room.

If I try hard to find sometjing then here is is... No coffee facilities in the room (although a small bottle of water was provided), basic double room that looked a little worn (a lick of paint would not go amiss). I had single occupancy and only 1 pillow was provided (maybe this was an environmental act to save water and I possibly could have requested an extra pillow if required, but it made the room feel more like a hostel than a hotel. Location of parking options could be listed or endorsed and not stated simply as "available locally" on listing information. There are 3 parkhouses within 5minutes walk the parkhouse I used was @€19 for 24hrs.

1. Room was very clean 2. Air conditioner was good 3. Bed was very comfortable 4. Located at the city center. Very close to Hauptbahnhof (central train station). Perfect spot to spend your evening time

1. Cost was very high. I had come for Hannover Messe. The amount paid by me was Rs. 2,12,000 (INR) for 4 days, wherein it is just Rs. 20,000 (INR) during off season period. I understand that the prices are high during expo, but 10 times is too much. 2. Iam from India, and the breakfast options were very less for a Vegetarian like me. Could have atleast given hashbrown, boiled vegetables, spaghetti etc.

The staff is very friendly, customer focused and helpful especially Anas and M. Mroz….location is superb you are practically one foot away from restaurants, all sorts of transportation, shopping area…cleanliness and comfort were easily captured… True value for money and definitely it will be my choice anytime I will be visiting Hannover

Needs more sound isolation for the floor

Clean and comfortable, as I’ve come to expect from Intercity hotels, and in a very convenient location close to the Hbf and within walking distance of the city centre. Excellent buffet breakfast as usual.

I initially went to the wrong hotel, as there are 2 Intercity hotels and the “headline name” is simply Intercity Hotel Hannover, so I went to the one I had used before.

Handy for railway station. As an Intercity I knew what standard of accommodation I would receive and this was as expected

No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. To keep up with the competition and guests ever increasing demands this should be standard in all hotels.I arrived in the dark and the sign was not illuminated making it difficult to pick out amongst the bright lights of the street scene.

Hotel is very close to the station and city centre. Breakfast - very good selection and food was fresh Kettle and beverages in room - great addition to facilities City card to use on public transport for free

Our safe did not work and although this was reported to staff on reception, it was still not fixed by the time we checked out! The receptionist apologised, it should have been done! H Rewards - even though we travelled as a couple, a member of staff on reception insisted that we both had to be a member in order to receive the city card but gave us a second one anyway but I did join later.

The hotel is well appointed. The facilities are very good. The double room was large enough and very comfortable.

The only negative comment I would make concerns the breakfast room. Specifically the area where guests serve themselves is quite cramped. If there had been a large number of guests having breakfast at the same time, they might have found it difficult to navigate around each other.

I booked a few hours before arrival. Arriving after midnight was no problem thanks to the 24 hours reception. The price for a very late booking at such a location and that level of comfort is very good value for money. I had an excellent night of sleep.

Do I have to add something negative? Everything was great. OK: the view is not very exciting.

I liked my room in the 3 floor, view was good (while colegue had view on the parking on 1st floor). Breakfast was very good.

Maybe he aircondicion, on the ceeling, it was noisy, when I closed the window.

The room was ready for me when I arrived, an hour early.

The traffic noise is audible if your room looks to the front or side, but it IS right in the center of the city.
