Very friendly and helpful staff - Linh, Mia and team were very friendly, approachable and attentive to the needs of the guests. The Chef was also very accommodative of our requests for vegetarian options. We stayed during the soft opening and am sure the team will make sure their guests are well looked after

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable modern rooms. With shower and bath en-suite. Excellent and friendly service. Highly professional staff. Decent gym and we all used the massage on site. Pretty good.

It’s 15 minute taxi to city centre and Imperial City. There is a brand new AC shopping centre nearer but still a car is needed. Otherwise there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. Not even a shop. Get the GRAB ride and food hailing app. The rides are cheap. Aside from great breakfast, and 3 restaurants (usually closed), food is limited to only one during the day. The menu selection is very limited and quite expensive. The pool and mini water slide open but pool bar closed.

Facility is amazing. The room and hotel is newly builded so everything is fanstatic. Their mirror in bathroom is quite good for a selfie post btw :D Staff is super friendly and supportive. Location is quite good I must say. It's not far from the center, near the biggest mall Aeon Mall and also kinda quiet so I don't worry much about the noise. They also have electric motorbike rental service in case you need to go around on a motorbike. Their price is really good. With the same price, you can only choose a 3-star old hotel in the center but facility is not as good as here. Their restaurant is good, fuision cuisine between Vietnam and Western.

very lovely and luxurious property especially for the price. amazing value. everything was high quality. the room, the bath with rain shower and separate tub, the breakfast spread, the koi pond, the rooftop infinity pool area (which unfortunately I couldn't take advantage of due to the weather), the pandan ginger tea...yum! the staff here are uniformly friendly, polite and helpful. it was a wonderful experience and you can tell that's what they're striving to offer their guests. special shout-out to Richey for booking my train ticket to Da Nang!

the location is a bit out of the way, but really wasn't a problem for me.

A well designed, modern, luxury hotel. From arrival to departure, everything was a pleasure. Very friendly and well trained staff. Everyone spoke my language. Superb quality throughout: the beds, bathroom, furniture (I booked a Premium suite), views for miles. Although a little bit out of town (too far to walk, but a short Grab ride). But you have 270-degree views of mountains, sunsets. The rooftop pool was really nice, large and clean but not over-chlorinated. The breakfast offering was one of the best I have seen anywhere, something for every taste and all fresh. Kind and friendly staff here, too. Also, Hue is a great destination: picturesque with history, interesting shops and cafés, and nice architecture both historic and modern.

There was literally nothing to complain about.

This is a brand new property that was completing a ‘soft-opening’ during our stay (the property reached out before we arrived to warn us of that as well as that some amenities might not be available). I may have even been the first guest to stay in that room, and it felt like my colleague and I were the only ones occupying rooms on that floor. The staff is doing an excellent job!

It’s difficult to find as it’s in a new area and does not populate well on Grab or other navigation applications.

I love how this hotel is freshly built, there is a brand new shopping mall that just opened down the street from this hotel called Aeon where you could see from the rooftop pool. It's in a very nice quiet neighborhood away from the bustling city. The hotel lobby is clean and elegant and the elevator gies up all the way up to the 17th floor with many restaurants to choose from with a gym and spa. The room is quite tight and small but it has all the new amenities you could think of, from bathtubs to showers and modern decors with a mini fridge.

This is a relatively new hotel and it meets the same high standards set by La Vela in HCMC which is also excellent. Having stayed at Vinpearl in Hue several times, it took some convincing not to stay there again but I'm happy to say I would definitely return to La Vela.

Although we were given an extra 30 minutes to check out, I didn't appreciate the way in which I was told "no" when explaining we would need a few more minutes due to a child's nappy situation. Any parent knows you cannot simply leave your room mid-nappy change.

Really good hotel, pretty new facilities. The staff is great! Specially the manager… I had one inconvenience with a room service order and she was responsive and offered me a free shuttle to the airport. There’s a decent mall nearby (walking distance)

Is not bad but you need to know that location is far away from the center of the city! But you can get there by grab in 20/25 mins.

La Vela is an upmarket Hotel, about a 10-minute taxi ride from the center of Hue. There is a free shuttle twice a day into town and back again. The infinity pool on the rooftop is amazing, and the food at the restaurant was 10/10 with exceptional presentation. We enjoyed a free full buffet breakfast with more options than you could imagine. Our room was large with plenty of space for suitcases opened out, and we had good views from our room
