The location is handy to the beach, a shopping center, and the wedding venue we were attending. We had a first-level room, and found it provided easy access to the parking lot and the front desk both. While we didn’t choose to access the breakfasts, we could have. We did get our coffee there every day. The room had everything we needed and was very clean with nice touches.

I didn’t care for the sink/mirror area because it was small and a little too low. Still very workable. The bed was pretty firm. Just as a matter of preference, I like softer beds because my “corners” ended up stiff and sore in the morning. But the sheets, comforter, and pillows were just fine.

Booked here last minute on Booking.com as we were looking for a few days away, it was a 30 minute walk from the centre of Oceanside but it did the job nicely, the pool was great after a hot day out walking but the jacuzzi at the pool was way too hot for us. Breakfast was included and was pretty good.

Paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast spoiled breakfast, I appreciate they were saving the cost of crockery and the hassle of washing up so for whatever reason the management are doing this please reconsider. A list of nearby restaurants at reception would also be an advantage and very helpful.

It was nice that it was close to eateries and other places. It was nice that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the bathroom. Stayed Thursday, the 18th.

Their breakfast was just okay. There's nothing to brag about. Just so and so. Didn't have too many choices for breakfast. There were no elevators, so we had to use the stairs. It won't be good if you had someone that can't climb the stairs.

Everyday the limited menu changed. The staff was always present to make sure that the foods were alway available. They did an excellent job in keeping the food stations clean and replenished. The tables and floor were regularly cleaned, despite children eating syrupy waffles (freshly made). The coffee was good, which is critical to a good breakfast!

The location was perfect, close to the beach, and right off the freeway. The room included bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. I was pleased to see complimentary face wipes and Q-tips by the sink. Breakfast was very nice and all the employees were pleasant.

The carpet in my room had stains on them and looked a bit dirty. The beds were a bit on the smaller side as they were 2 full size instead of 2 queen beds.

We liked that it was near everything! The inn has a cozy feel and the area was great it was near a gas station so it was convenient to buy some basic needs. The breakfast was also better than most inns we’ve been on. Staff was accommodating and nice.

We stayed on the first floor and there was constant stomps we’ll hear at morning and night. The AC that we had also made weird ratting noises. There was some stains at the bottom of the bed. I think the price was a little bit on the expensive side compared to the surrounding inns/hotels around the area.

Awesome customer service! Great breakfast! We had waffles, omelets, bacon, or sausage, depending on the day, cereal, toast, and bagels. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Rooms are nice. I was very happy, and the family had an amazing vacation. Thank you everyone

The beds could be a little more comfortable, but that's literally the only thing. The mattresses are a little firm.

This hotel had a great location with a coastal vacay feel. I enjoyed a room with a pool view and two queen beds. One bed was better than the other but both decent enough to sleep on. The pool was surrounded by beautiful palm trees, deck chairs and the hot tub was hot :) Breakfast was a plus the coffee was good and the kids enjoyed waffles while I chose scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes and sausage patties.

During my stay I checked out the fitness area for a morning work out. I was very displeased. The one of the treadmills kept pausing I'm the middle of my jog i almost tripped. The other treadmills functions to slow down didn't work but the speed up did. So i had to use the emergency button to stop. Then i went over to the pull down machine and the leg extension machine. The cords were withered and would not retract back. It looks like they were ready to pop. Totally liability there.

Location and cleanliness. The staff was professional and polite. I didn't have breakfast, my trip was rush, rust. Maybe next time I'll be able to enjoy more of the amenities.

The walls are thin. There were noisy neighbors above me. The bed was not very comfortable. It really should be replaced.

Out of all the BW hotels we stayed at this one was the best. The balcony over the pool was awesome. The offered 2 beds instead of one at no additional charge for my 2 children. Which was exceptional. Other BWs refused without significant charge. Employees were awesome. Extra security felt safe.

Door got stuck but quickly changed our room to even a closer one to pool.
