It was close to the boardwalk. It had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers attached to the shower wall. Clean room and comfortable beds. AC was working well. Breakfast was limited, but had all the basics: cereal, instant oatmeal, eggs, sausage, toast and pastries.

The bathroom did not flush well in the room. Every time😔

The room was very very clean the shower water was nice and hot the beds were nice and comfortable the TV had adequate selections the climate control was working stupendous the refrigerator was clean as well as the microwave I must say very nicely done.

I. Can't say that I didn't like anything because everything was clean and very well stocked and organized. Please keep up the great work I really appreciate coming into a clean and non smelly roon.

I liked it all everything right here before me bed was comfortable air was pleasant refrigerator nice and cold microwave working exceptionally well coffee available the bathroom was cleaned and everything placed neatly for use.The room smelt great and everything in it's place all good.

I can't say I didn't like anything everything except no sausage with the eggs other than that I have no complaints.

Property was super clean and the customer service was great. My family and I got here a couple hours early and they let us check in with no extra fees which was fantastic. Parking was great as I was able to see that my truck was secure there were cameras right by it and I felt safe the entire time I was here. the staff were very nice and there were Plenty of activities nearby and they supplied towels/ toiletries.

Nothing everything was good

Great staff, clean and contemporary rooms, one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept on. Generous amount of pillows. Standard free breakfast with good coffee. Disappointed coffee not served throughout the day.

Water pressure in the shower was weak but not hateful. Towels had seen better days and were small. Elevator painfully slow The location was horrible. Hotel surrounded by junkies and the homeless. Did not feel safe walking the side streets to boardwalk. Do not use New York Street to get to boardwalk use St James instead.

Breakfast was good, I would suggest scrambled eggs on some days. It would also be nice if they can alternate between Turkey sausages and bacon. The staff taking care of the breakfast service were great! The room was very clean ! The staff was great ! Parking was always available. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast menu very similar every day. The breakfast room was too small, very difficult to find a seat. Water flow when taking a shower or using sink was an issue. $20.00 daily charge for parking was a surprise. Ordered Pizza one night using their room service application. I ordered a pizza, fries and 2 soft drinks and was told it would take 45 minutes. I placed the order and after waiting 40 minutes they called me back and told me they could not deliver because there was issues in the kitchen!

The fact that they have continental breakfast, which saves a big expense is one reason we stay here. Our first room the ac rattled tremendously. My daughter, who has sensory issues could not sleep because of it. At midnight I went to the front desk to see if maybe they had a fan that i could use to maybe drowned out the noise, and the man said they didn't. I was thinking of going somewhere to buy one but he said "how about another room?" I was beyond greatful he took me to another room to check that ac first. It had no rattle. I went and got my daughter and our stuff and he bought us the new key cards up. We slept so good! The staff is very friendly.

I loved the room we stayed in; it was very spacious & comfortable. Also breakfast was excellent. Also the Spa tub was great. If you're a walker it's close to the outlets, but if not you can take the Jitney Bus to a stop close to it. Also the location of the hotel is great & easy to get to. I always recommend this hotel to all my family and friends because of my wonderful stays there.

It doesn't have an indoor pool. It doesn't have a recreation room. It doesn't have complimentary water in the room. You have to eat in the breakfast room,which gets crowded quickly. The snack machine is way to expensive for families. It doesn't have discount parking for walker & wheelchair guest.

The staff was courteous and overwhelming friendly the bed was comfortable and a great variety of channels to choose from the boardwalk near by and check out would have been extended if you requested it without any problems all and all best Western is a fantastic buy for your money.

I really can't say anything negative about the place because the staff was accommodating in every means possible

Was clean, staff was very nice, bed was very comfortable.

The surrounding area is heavily infested with drug addicts and dealers. Even though no one bothered us it was just disturbing and sad to witness.
