Wanted a weekend getaway before summer rolls in. The room was bigger than expected. Nice size dining room that’s open to the living room. Bedroom (which is private and large) and living room both open to a small balcony that overlooks the pool, ( towels at pool ) which can be very hot at times because of the pool being heated ( nice seating areas at pool) . Balcony has a table and 2 chairs . The sofa and a small chair in bedroom open up into beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils, minus a spatula . With full fridge/freezer . This is more for a family 2 adults with children , then for 4 adults, but could work . Very clean hotel( believe private residents renting out) friendly staff and a block and half in either direction to boardwalk/shopping . Shops and boards are limited hours in off season . And OC is a dry town so bring your own . Best pizza right at top of block .

Very roomy suite, modern. Well-equipped full kitchen with stove, and microwave. Plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, silverware. Might want to bring a large kettle and a favorite frying pan. Full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher. Excellent location — only a 4-minute walk to the central boardwalk district. We enjoyed the balcony, Very comfortable living room furniture, and nice dining area table that seats a family. We found off-boardwalk good restaurants nearby restaurants. Really enjoyed Ready's Coffee & Lunch (lots of locals eat here--- good breakfast at a good price) on 8th St and Augie's Omelet & Waffle House right down the street on 9th.

The pool was closed for annual maintenance during our stay. Unfortunate timing on our part!

I loved the location and the cleanliness. The room itself was pretty good too. It was clean and spacious enough and had everything you need.

The balcony overlooking the pool was not the best. It's humid sitting out there. It got loud in our room when there were tons of kids in the pool. Really not a big deal at all but worth mentioning for anyone who doesn't want to hear yelling kids. Lol. The pool closes early so it doesn't keep you from sleeping or anything.

Location was excellent - you can walk to the boardwalk and park your car in the garage provided. Room was extremely clean and spacious . Plenty of linens provided.

A suggestion is to include paper towels in the kitchen - couldn’t figure out how to plug in the hair dryer as the plug was put in sideways in between the backsplash - thankfully I had brought my own hair dryer

We just stayed at this hotel for the first time over this past weekend, and I just wanted to let the hotel and all of the staff know, that their hotel is positively beautiful, clean and comfortable. Parking was perfect. Checking in was a breeze. I love that the front desk is 24 hours as well. It being located practically steps from the boardwalk and beach is the biggest plus ever. The suites are so very charming, we were SO surprised at how spacious they were. They were like, staying in a very nice apartment. Just amazing. We REALLY enjoyed our stay this weekend. Thank you so much for being SUCH an absolutely wonderful hotel. We will DEFINITELY stay here again next year. There were a lot of people in the pool. But that's not the hotel's fault. The place is really nice, and it attracts people to it. I wish the pool stayed open later than 8:00 p.m. as well

Perfect. Very nice staff. Bigger than a standard hotel room. Great kitchen. Spacious, clean, nice furnishings. Balcony overlooked the indoor pool. Coming back. Close to beach, Mancos, Shrivers and Moorlyn Theatre. Covered free parking. We walked everywhere. Fyi, The walls are thin so be mindful of your neighbors.

we were close to everything , we enjoyed the beach, shopping and a bit of the boardwalk too , had planned on checking out the indoor pool but unfortunately ran out of time and looking at it was all we did . I will most certainly be going back

there were only 2 of us but we still checked out the sofa and chair beds and the were terrible BUT we still loved everything else lol my husband wanted me to write that

There were no sheets for the fold-out couch and the couch was very uncomfortable. I had to call the front desk to bring sheets, and then the sheets were flat and not fitted. It would have been a nice touch to include some snacks in the room for such a high price for 1 night

Too expensive. Didn't care for the decor. Uncomfortable fold-out bed. Overall good experience, but not the luxurious experience we were really expecting. (E.g., There was sample shampoo but no sample conditioner).

The room was very nice, like a condo. The location can't be beat. But the best part was the staff. I left my charger behind and I called to ask if they could retrieve it for me. The staff retrieved it and mailed it out the next day, which was beyond my expectations. I was very appreciative of this.

Updated beach-themed decor and very clean rooms. Kitchen had everything needed and newer appliances. Nice size refrigerator. Furniture was comfortable as well as functional and great color scheme too. Location near boardwalk was great.

View from balcony was very close building next door. I thought it was to be ocean view.
