The staff very helpful, can't fault them The location is right in the middle of the city, can walk everywhere so saves use of taxi The shower fab all the time but our shower room too small The room spacious and very clean but we left windows open and the mosquitoes taught my husband and my 10 year old a lesson....had bites very itchy The minibar prices very affordable Breakfast....it could do with English breakfast, so I wasn't keen on going for breakfast...went on first day and two....couldn't find something for my palette besides juice.

Breakfast was continental but not accommodating for those used to hot breakfast like eggs, sausages, bacon etc

Family run hotel with on site restaurant. Building abuts the city’s fortress walls (hence name MURA). Room Was large, king size bed, nice bedding and duvet, balcony that over looked city wall. In a good part of town, I had some of the dinner menu (huge plate of delicious tagliatelle and a mixed salad only €15). Breakfast ready by 6:30AM and it was full European continental. Hotel was quiet. Very nice staff! Definitely recommend.

The receptionist didn’t speak English but he showed me exactly where to park. He didn’t keep me waiting for the key, so we could quickly get in the room, before he did the registration/administrative stuff. The staff were very helpful Breakfast was included. The price was very reasonable.

The cleaning lady got upset because we moved her bucket. the bucket was blocking the elevator door, and we didn’t want to walk up to the 5th floor.

The location is quite central, less than a 10-minute walk from the station. Helpful, friendly staff. The room was big enough and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, nothing too fancy but filling.

The only thing is that our room was close to Reception and the street, so it was a bit noisy sometimes, including late evening. I would ask for another room next time.

Quite and dark room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast The gentleman on the reception desk spoke good English and was super helpful in helping us to sort out our forward travel plans.

The air conditioning unit could really do with replacement or serious maintenance.

A comfortable hotel in a good location with helpful staff. The town is lovely to walk round and provides plenty of options for eating if you don't fancy the menu at the restaurant at the hotel, which changes daily and is available to view at reception. Breakfast was good.

Parking was limited right outside the hotel, but there is a free public car park just outside the city walls about 1 minutes walk through an arch next to the hotel so not really an issue.

Clean and comfortable accommodations at the edge of the historic city center. Very thoughtful and helpful staff.

Everything was fine; just a bit “generic” following other memorable accommodations.

Everything was perfect. From the rooms, to breakfast, and staff. The location of the hotel was also very good, a small and pleasant walk to see Saint Margaret in the Church of Saint Domenic.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
