A fantastic place. Scenic view over the valley and mountains. The hosts was super friendly. We book 3 rooms, but was upgraded to an entire house, due to construction work near the rooms we originally booked. The place is really cozy and the interior fits excellently with the land and mountain atmosphere outside.

It is really tiny things to mention on the down side. But a small thing I would change is to move the chandelier from the bedroom to the dinning table.

The property was wonderfully comfortable and immediately made us relax. The house is beautiful and stylish. Our three teenage sons loved staying in the large bedroom with beds in the alcoves. They had a brilliant time. Everything we needed was there and I caught up the the washing! My husband loved having a fire. The hosts could not have been more kind.

Beautiful location in the countryside. Quaint, yet comfortable room. Great breakfast. Friendly owner. Really good walks nearby. Good wi-fi. Quiet location on a farm.

There are no restaurants nearby, and the nearest supermarket has limited hours - be prepared! There is dinner served sometimes by personal arrangement. Some other guests were wandering around looking for someone to check them in, so communication in advance would certainly be suggested.

An amazing place run by an absolutely incredible couple. Nothing was roo much trouble for them. The house is impeccably clean, with little touches that add to its charm, like warm blankets outside, warm socks for the guests and well kept historical details that make the place unique. We were extremely well received and made felt at home!. The breakfast was incredible with freshly baked home made bread. A real paradise created by incredible hosts.

I felt very welcome in Tuftegarden, it has a family spirit. A very nice way to discover Norwegians culture. The place and the views are great. It is a quiet and peaceful place. The Fossestein trail was a marvelous discovery

Very nice place and friendly personal. We stayed one night in a beautiful house, which was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was excellent and enviroment peaceful.

We were there for a very short stay. It was strangely built, yet comfortable cabin (steep staircase, 1m high entrance to the room). We liked it very much. The crew was kind, breakfast (bought separately) was very good

Great location with beautifully crafted cabins and hotel rooms. Very open and friendly hosts. All around an amazing stay and worth staying multiple days, definetly my favorite place I encountered on my vacation.

There is absolutely nothing negative to remark about the Hotel.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful and made the stay special. The location is on a farm at the end of a lake. Great breakfast of local produce. The owner also made us soup and pizza on the evening we arrived. We enjoyed our chat with the owner who made us feel like we were visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel.
