What I liked about the property is that it was convenient to our retreat. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and kind always willing to lend us a helping hand even though it’s their job, but it didn’t seem like it. It just seemed like a friend was helping.

I didn’t like that the bathroom really did need updating. That there were no towels in the pool area.

Very good selection of items on the restaurant menu. Bed comfortable, but room temperature was hard to adjust. Lots of noisy traffic late at night.

Rooms are small, and "accessible" simply means you can get a wheelchair into the shower area (i.e., toilet was too low, door hardly opened wide enough for wheelchair). NO fridge and microwave in original room, so had to change rooms. Parking garage was EXTREMELY difficult for mid-sized car to maneuver in (spaces too small, ramps too narrow), and trucks are allowed to park so that their trailer hitches make getting by them difficult.

Cobb salad in the lounge was really good, lots of bacon in it. Breakfast in the Terrace was much better than I expected it to be. Food service was really good for quality and quantity.

TV service through Midco was not good, HD/higher tier channels were not loading fast, lots of stutter and loading signal. Lower quality tier was viewable. I'm used to HD-4K performance. Could be an outdated setup or just not up to task. For my stay I just wanted to catch up on news and weather.

The location was great. It was within walking distance of many eating places and the event center. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't get to eat breakfast because I always had to be somewhere early. However, my husband loved their breakfast.

Maybe add more hooks or rods in the bathroom where towels can be hung after use.

Nice room. Very comfortable bed. Had the air conditioner running and set to 67 when we entered our room. We didn’t have to enter a hot room. Spacious room. Had dining facility within the facility.

Very small bathroom. Younger man at check in desk was minimally helpful explaining information on parking and facility directions for a first time visitor. Parking ramp had very tight corners for our full size pick up.

The breakfast was like a restaurant. Good food, they were shorthanded with help, but they tried their best, and that is all that counts. My husband and I usually like the continental type breakfast, this way one can serve themselves.

Netflex or Hulu access on room televisions would be nice.

Nice location. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful anytime I had a question. Nice to have a restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here if I have to visit Bismark again.

The parking garage is tight. My vehicle is a larger SUV, and it was a tight squeeze, but it was doable.

They cancelled my reservation before I arrived. They were still able to give me a room but I just looked at my bank account and they charged me an extra $50. :(. Also, the could stand to do some touch up painting in the halls.

I very much appreciated the free airport shuttle service. It was also a huge bonus to be able to use the hotel shuttle to get dropped off at places around the city as well.

I felt that the shower head was too low and I had to squat down to properly wash my hair.

I like how the check-in was easy fast and ready available for me when I got to the hotel location. The staff the evening, lounge and morning restaurant was always a delight. This facility is located in a nice downtown setting where Food and nightlife is located only a block away. Thank you for such hospitality
