The Breakfast was very good, nice variety and hot. I liked the location, close to where I needed to go and easy access to the highway. The staff put me in a nice quiet room and was accommodating when I had to leave early. The Shower was wonderful! It had great pressure, and the bathroom overall was much cleaner than other hotels I have stayed at previously in the area.

The coffee in the main lobby was not very good. It tasted like bad convenience store machine coffee. I had a hard time finding the turn to access the hotel since the driveway was shared with the neighboring building. I ended up having to go around multiple blocks to gain access.

Everything! The friendly staff who greeted us upon arrival late at night were so delightful. The room was incredibly clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was good - and the woman restocking and constantly cleaning the area was also so delightful. One of our best “just passing through” stays ever!

It’s a stretch - but would have liked if we could set the a/c unit fan on constant. The only mode is “auto”.

I truly appreciated the staff calling us when a cell phone was left in a room at checkout. They went above and beyond to make sure the phone was returned to us. Thank you!

Upon check-in and at breakfast the lobby was very noisy and difficult to hear the staff and people sitting across from the table at breakfast.

Breakfast was great. I really loved how quiet it was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s was nice and clean. Would stay again when in town. We came for my husband to get a pacemaker in and I really needed a good night sleep and I got that. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was good. We had to wait for staff to teach(?) another staff member to load silverware and where to put things. Very clean. Quiet. Like that asked any questions after brief statement about place.

One extra thinner blanket. One on bed too warm for me, just right for spouse. Maybe better selection for breakfast. Not same things both days.

Nice clean, quiet room. I really enjoyed the walk in shower. Honesty of the gentlemen that checked me in.

I got ready in the morning and took my stuff out to my car. Stopped and had a quick bite to eat and went back up to my room only to find a maid in it. I wasn't ready to leave yet but I guess she decided for me. I didn’t like that.

Very clean and spacious room. Bathroom was nice as well, the standup shower (no tub) was excellent. Beds were comfortable and room was overall excellent and provided a great sleep for this weary traveler. I did not try the breakfast as I opted to sleep in and enjoy the comfortable & quiet room. Staff was very friendly.

If I said there was something I didn't like, I'd be nit picking just to find a reason to fill in this space.

The room size was nice and the bathroom was large. The breakfast was nice and had lots of options for simple breakfast choices. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The parking lot was nicely lit, which we like. Location was great! Hotel was very quiet, especially being a friday night, we were happily surprised!!

As with most hotels, the beds could have been more comfortable. We had a double queen room and both beds were on the hard side but one was more comfortable than the other.

Minus the terrible traffic/construction in the area, it’s easy on/off the expressway. Close to lots of amenities. Property was very well-kept. Room was comfortable, beds were very comfortable. Pool and spa are big and enjoyable.

The floor in the breakfast area was SO ridiculously sticky, it was like someone mopped it with maple syrup! It needs to be mopped several times, starting with boiling water. It was a stark contrast to the cleanliness of the rest of the property.

We traveled from Wisconsin to Montana and back. We stayed at 5 different hotels. This was by far the nicest in the same or more price range. Thank you for a wonderful experience at your hotel! We will come back next year!
