I was very pleased with the size of the room and the cleanliness. Breakfast was great and well maintained by staff. The location was close to family. All in all a very good experience. Thank you.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

We were in a room with elevators on the other side of us, there was a wooshing noise every time someone used the elevator. This was very noticeable when trying to fall asleep!

Had trouble checking in. Neither credit card reader would read any of my cards and they don't take cash. Finally had to ask the lady to run it on her side and had no issue then. Other than that, it is a great establishment and place to stay.

Great suite for 6 people. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool. Extremely clean and modern.

I was unsure what the bed situation was when I booked. It said for 6 people but only stated that it had 2 queen beds. It said nothing about the pull out couch.

Great location. The breakfast had tons of options. The place was very clean, as were the rooms. Pillows were super fluffy and soft.

The beds were super firm so my back was so sore the next morning. This is obviously a preference with people. The beds weren’t broke down just very firm.

I like this hotel and stay here frequently. Rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly. Unlike other hotels i have stayed in this facility is always quiet. This is my preferred hotel in Bismarck.

This is not directed at the hotel but more at booking.com. i checked out a day early as a surgery i was having was postponed. I would like to be refunded for the final night of my stay which i am finding very difficult to do. I was told by the manager on duty that since i reserved through Booking.com the refund would come from them rather than the facility.

The staff was incredible and seemed happy and well paid. That matters to me

I would have enjoyed more variety of gluten free baked goods, but I was super happy they had muffins.

The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of food

I didn’t like the call at 8:45 pm to see if the room was ok. I was already asleep since I worked overnight the day before

Nice room/beds/breakfast

Breakfast was good room was spacious and clean bed was comfortable. My husband left an article of clothing behind when we discovered it we were 10 hours away. I called they found the item and I provided a shipping label and they sent the item to us which I am very grateful for.
