It was very lovely. My room had some minor issues like the shower curtain wasn't even screwed on so that fell on my hubby. The lip for the shower was half way off so it was a massive trip hazard..the pool was very different it's three small square pools one is o think 3-5 ft and it's like a 6x6 and there's a 2ftx3.5ft 5x5 and same with the water slide area. Didn't care to have the breakfast area right in front of the pool kids hated the fact we wernt swimming so they didn't eat

Wanted just a mini staycation for the family. Kids loved the slide.

On slide was down. Breakfast the next morning was pretty picked over. Assume they had a busy weekend and probably ran out of food. However, think they should have been better prepared. Forgot an item. Took me 5 days to finally talk to someone who could help me.

Staff was very friendly despite the fact that their computer system was down at the time. Clean rooms, great location.

Computer system was down. So we had to wait to get into our room for a out a half and hour. Our room didn't gave a shower curtain or shampoo and conditioner. But I was promptly taken care if by the front desk .

The lady on the front desk, for check-in, was very friendly and helpful. We had the disabled access room, and it was ideal for my needs. Very roomy and a large bathroom.

It's hard to find fault with the hotel, but if I was to pick one thing, it would be the lack of Disabled parking.

The location was near the freeway. We were on a long trip and the stop was near restaurants with many choices.

Cleaning service missed an area in the bathroom and hallway near the elevator was littered.

No complaints. just that an exceptional rating is a bit extreme.

The location was excellent and easy to access from freeway. Staff was friendly and professional and helpful. Room was quite clean, bed was very comfortable. I didn't need to use the kitchen facilities but they looked in excellent shape. Appreciated the full size refrigerator.

Shower was a little weak on power but water got warm quickly.

Spacious, grandkids had a blast in water park, staff extra friendly.

Cardboard paper in tub, tub was broken so no baths for kids, bloody napkin and old food on floor along bed, and no bedding for the sleeper bed, got wrong size 2 times just said forget it. Bathroom lighting needs to be brighter hard to see, not enough lighting.

we liked the full size fridge. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
