The room was exceptionally clean and we'll appointed. Fabulous mattress to sleep on! The breakfast was a pretty typical continental breakfast.

My room was next to someone's who obviously had a very large, and loud dog! The dog barked repeatedly throughout the night and seriously disrupted my sleep. I asked for a room change, which could not be accommodated. At the very least I should have been given a very significant discount, as I got very little sleep due to the dog barking.

Close to shopping and great food places. Clean and well looked after. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Had some issues with my allergies. I’m thinking it was the chemicals used to clean the rooms or we weren’t put in a pet free room as requested. I was fine outside of the hotel but as soon as we were back in the room I had trouble breathing. No hot tub. There was room to put a hot tub in by the pool but no hot tub. After shopping all day and being on our feet it would have been nice to relax in a hot tub. You can’t sit in a pool and relax your body with healing jets even if the temperature of the pool is 85 degrees.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel staff were friendly. There was a variety of options to choose from at the complimentary breakfast. My hotel room was spacious, and there was an elevator for accessibility. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again if I find myself in Bismarck again.

The shower drain was clogged.

Great breakfast, but because There was only one woman taking care of a room, full of people, we waited about 15 minutes for eggs. Nevertheless, I met some lovely folks and had great conversations. These were my kind of people.

The teas were a bit lackluster; Most were flavored black teas. I didn’t see any mint or ginger. I settled for cinnamon.

I was in Bismarck to take a comprehensive exam. I appreciated that the hotel was very close to the testing site. The hotel staff were friendly. My room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options. Overall, the hotel was modern and clean with great amenities. I will definitely stay again if I find myself in Bismarck.

Hotel is always clean, quite and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is awesome and you can't beat the price. The location is perfect for eating out and shopping. We look forward to our next visit.

Only thing I didn't like was that the two bedroom suite wasn't available for another night.

Location was good walking to restaurant but also a safe and quiet area. Staff was friendly and pool had towels layed out nicely.

Unfortunately mattresses are not super comfortable but that can be subjective. Floors didn't appear to be vacuumed. Sounds dumb but no pen and pad of paper. I was needing to make notes and couldn't locate and didn't have one with me. The kids were excited to go swimming but the pool was pretty cold for them. I guess for the price paid for a room for 1 night it was ok but not anything above and beyond.

Great location to Mount Rushmore, wind Cave national Park, the badlands, and the minuteman 3 center. The price was excellent, place had everything we could ask for for a hotel. It was clean. And the staff went out of their way to make Easter morning a little more special.

Breakfast on Friday morning was not good at all. Food trays were empty no butter for toast.had to wait for cooks to restock. breakfast on Sunday morning was good but the coffee pot was empty.

Little better service at the food counter. Did not get clean towels from the maids had to go to front desk and get towels on Saturday night for Sunday morning.2 light bulbs were burned out

Nice selection. Waffle maker was not presented well. I did not see it until I had finished my breakfast.

eggs needed to be freshened. Too much is cooked at one time. When the last of the eggs are served, they are cool and dry. I have a "Plug in" hybrid car. It did not charge with the chargers supplied. It comes with its own cable that plugs into a normal 110v receptacle, there was no 110v receptacle available.
