The Bismarck location was great the staff was very helpful and friendly tye room was very clean and comfort and the food was the bomb ill be sure to tell everyone what a great place to stay at and the prices were alot lower then I thought thank you

The staff was very welcoming and great to work with throughout our trip. The pool was amazing and the kiddos enjoyed.

Being on the second floor and you not having an elevator. I have difficulty using stairs and with additional items in tow made it even more difficult.

The room was comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The hotel had a restaurant/bar right in it, which was convenient and had good food. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff members with whom we can in contact were friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Nice location by the interstate but not much noise. Close to Capital building Cultural Center a must see. Bismarck actually a good town to drive in.

Road construction. Not enough time to see all that Bismarck has to offer.

The receptionist was amazing! We arrived earlier than we expected and she let us check in early so we could get some sleep since we drove all night!

The beds were surprisingly very comfortable considering they were small mattresses in height. Very hot water for shower next day, good breakfast, and location was good.

Had a room on 1st floor near front desk/pool/lounge & it was extremely loud and busy. Heard people all night in the hallways, and in rooms next to us and even above us. Very thin walls! The pool was so packed we were standing just to watch kids play in pool. Hallways and room floors needed vacuumed, and should probably just be ripped out. Very outdated and only 2 flimsy pillows on each bed!!!

Staff was super nice and accommodating.

There were several dust bunny's/cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Key cards kept malfunctioning. We were there for 3 nights and the 2nd day I had to get new key cards at least 3 times. Thank goodness for the staff!

The pool was fun with their rock wall and lilly pads. the rooms was clean for the most part.

After altering my stay they upped the price which was frustrating. The air vents throughout the entire property were caked in a thick layer of dust also.

The pool area was nice, my son liked the floating lily pads. Having a restaurant/bar on site was convenient. Food and drinks were decent. Location is near almost all attractions in the area.

The decor was a bit out dated. More attention to cleanliness could help. Only one ice machine worked, the place isn't well secured.

Great location. Easily accessible. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Nice Lounge. Good continental breakfast.

It didn't appear that the parking lot had been cleared of snow for along time. There was at least 3 inches of snow pack and ice all over the parking lot making it difficult to walk. The room had a smell to it. Amenities such as shampoo and lotion were already opened and appeared to had been previously used.
