Proximity to event, lovely staff at front desk and breakfast area. Beds very comfortable, fridge and microwave available. Great amount of parking and area feels very safe. Great pricing.

The hall carpets are a lovely design and look like they're relatively new. Just sad that they were quite dirty!

Everyone was nice and accommodating without being nosy.

I would like to recommend that at least one of the lamps in the room have a "dimmer" switch. Also, slightly larger waste cans would be good. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING RECYCLING RECEPTACLES IN EACH ROOM. IF THE FACILITY IS NOT RECYCLING, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STARTING.

We usually choose the Baymont because of its close proximity to a family member's house and the kiddos love the pool area. We also enjoy the bar and the hot tub. Parking is ample here.

The hallways and entries of this place need some TLC. It seem run down, and it definitely dirty looking upon first look. The rooms however are kept clean, which is something we have come to expect. The continental breakfast has been lacking lately. I expect that this place is short of help like every other business. Being a business owner myself, I have a pretty good understanding of this.

Very friendly staff. Check-in and check-out was quick and simple. The gentleman (manager)that was on duty over night both nights helped us in any way he could and was very respectful.

Location was where I needed to be Bar was excellent banquet was great.

The room was not clean chair was broken, when moved it was filthy underneath

I think the beds aren’t as comfortable as they could be. Mattresses seem to be worn out making it difficult to get comfortable and sleep comfortably through out the night.

Kids loved the pool. Spent most of our time in the pool area. Room was comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast could have had more options. Pillows could have been more comfortable. Hot tub jets weren't working

the room was a nice size, the jetted tub was very nice and plenty of room for 2 large adults. pool area was good for the ages of our grandchildren

the bed had 4 small pillows so I had to ask for more. the decor is a little outdated but the place was clean.

The bath tub was not at all appealing. The bottom looked dirty because of the old nonslip. It did not drain. While taking a shower you would stand in ankle deep water. Yes we did have the drain open. It took a long time for the water in the tub to drain after the shower.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I love the size of the room.

The mattress is so weak that one sinks into it.
