The hotel was clean and the room was big. It was a very nice hotel.

When there is an emergency with police you should 1. Call our room 2. Ask if we want to move rooms Not have to listen to the Bismarck police banging on the door for over 20 minutes waking my kids up. I called the front desk asking to change rooms was only told to stay away from the door never heard anything from the front desk again that night. My 4 year old son was having surgery the next morning just woke up because of the police. I am not saying what transparencies was the hotels fault at all. It was the fact we were in the middle of it with a cop asking to come look it our room at midnight and the front desk not allowing a move so my kids could sleep for his surgery

I like that the staff (Joshua) was as helpful as he could be even though his manager told him to tell us we need to contact booking.com with our issues.

I booked online and received a confirmation number. When we arrived at the hotel, they didn’t have any record of this. It took over an hour to figure out a place for us to stay for the night at a higher rate as the room we had “booked” online was not available. This left us with a very tired and crabby family (3 children) and an overwhelmed staff who was trying very hard.

Great location off the interstate with amenities. Room layout nice with privacy curtain. Liked having the full fridge/freezer. Lots of options at breakfast.

Seemed busy and could have had an addition staff person at the front desk. Staff we encountered were all very helpful.

Staff wasn’t very friendly when we arrived. They were sitting playing on their phones. The bed also wasn’t very comfortable considering it’s a Hilton Hotel and we paid over $200 for one night.

Very organized breakfast staff and great presentation of many options- fantastic. Great bed mattresses and bedding. Great shower head! Love "full -size" refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Great fitness and laundry room- we used both Pool area is good but needs some staff supervision. Outdoor patios are wonderfully designed for maximum enjoyment of your amenities. You accept PETS- that is awesome- we had our perfect dog with us! Best hotel we stayed at with eight nights on the road on this trip. Keep up the GREAT work!

Mostly very clean... but a little more attention to the bathroom please!

Location was great, quick on and off the highway. Room was a good size! Good options for breakfast, but it is exactly the same everyday. So if you stay for multiple days nothing new for breakfast options. Good pet area.

The shower entry was a little narrow. Had a two piece sliding door but only one side opens to step in and the toilet was right out that door. Making it tricky to get in and out. One of the two elevators broke the third night we were there and was unable to be repaired quickly. Not really a big deal but it was a busy weekend. Also the pet waste garbage really needed to be changed. Thankfully it was cooler outside, so it did not smell, but it was pretty full.

Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Nice big room and the shower was great!! Loved the fire pit out front!!

Breakfast buffet was a bit small. But then again there was a kitchenette in the room.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, so it fulfilled our needs. Plenty of coffee, and the attendant was right there with a fresh pot.
