The staff was very kind. They allowed our grandchilden (who were not hotel guests) to swim for several hours in tbhe pool. Then, they allowed us to use a table in the in the breakfast area for several hours in the afternoon to play card games. The bed was confortable and the place was clean.

The lighting in the room was very dim. The switch on the desk lamp was defectivew. Only by carefully moving it to the exact sweet spot would the desk light come on fully bright. Also, the other lamps in the room were very dim.

Everything was CLEAN, the bed was good, breakfast was hot and fresh. The towels were great and plenty of them.

There we're not enough blankets on the bed and poor lighting. The lights flicker when they come on and no central ceiling light is a real problem. The toilets flush VERY loudly, a problem at night when everyone is asleep. There was no TV guide on how to work the remote and what channels were available. There was no Gideons Bible in the room, and no notepad or pen for guests either. These little things are all VERY helpful and make it feel more homey instead of industrial.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and responsive. My kids liked the chocolate milk that was available at breakfast, and we all love the waffle makers.

Only problem was a family with five young boys who were running around the place. Fyi, the fridge was freezing the chocolate milk solid.

Cool a lot about er I feel en correct for me and manor of er ain’t I deal near area matter most is I like place lots bout er. And that mske me a pleased creature that is just good!

Clean ness area it built seem ed near current area we on cool view near lobby area and amenities good to seem ed employees not in ur business . That felt private personal and free en to me. . Mor a quiet near retreat feelen.

The lady that greeted us was fantastic and so lovely. The bartender was also so accommodating. The carpeted and tiled areas were brand-new and clean. The rooms were clean as well. The bathrooms and bed are what I concentrate on, and they were perfect!! The lady that checked us in was so kind & humble. She & her husband deserve a raise!! The dining and lounge areas were cozy and perfect for our family. We played cards and visited in these areas. The pool and hot tub was nice to relax in, and the other guests in these areas were also polite to others.

When I first walked in the entrance rug and entrance floor were dirty, but I know that it has been very muddy and busy. The carpet and tile in other areas were brand-new and clean. The bathroom and beds were clean as well. I see other people complaining on here about things and it makes me think that we are so spoiled in America and people are ungrateful for what we have in this country. I was treated with respect and accommodated when asked and that matters most!

The rooms were very clean! The young men who work Front desk are friendly and the breakfast was very good! Comfortable beds and clean bedding! Pool area was clean and water wasn't freezing like some pools are at other hotels. I'd recommend it to others stay here! 😊

Only thing was when the ice machine was out of order so had to go to the floor above get ice which wasn't too bad.

Location = close to I-83 shops & restaurants in immediate neighborhood ( Applebee's,Walmart,Ross dress for less...) Clean - quiet - all necessary amenities available - free parking - complementary breakfast

Breakfast was somewhat neglected,not being checked and refilled often enough.Had to go ask for a couple of slices of bread in pantry where also trashcan was kept...Not very good combo! Bread was dried out & 2 slices available for guests at around 9 am. Bad follow up ( due to personnel shortage?)

really clean very nice rooms were impeccable, nice beds, pillows etc. the breakfast in the morning was awesome. The gentleman at the desk when we arrived in the evening was so helpful warm and kind!

The only reason I gave them a nine instead of a 10 as I got out of the shower the next morning with wet hair and went to dry my hair and the hairdryer in the bathroom was not working the element heat it up and actually sparked so I unplugged it and I did tell him about it when we left but that did not help me to get my hair dry that that morning

Price, location, clean, well maintained.

Large carts in hallway when I was leaving, couldn’t get past with my rolling bags without pushing one out of the way and I knocked down a broom in the process, but they were moved over when I came back to the room.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. The room was quiet. I didn't hear any noise during my stay which is very unusual for a busy hotel. The bed was comfortable.

The coffee service was quite slow, had to ask more than one person to get the pots filled.
