I was so surprised by the price. The newly remodeled shower was really nice. It's so refreshing to come and stay and not see 3rd grade caulking in the bathroom. It was super professional. The swimming pool was also newly remodeled and didn't reek of chlorine. The best, though, was the mattress. It was extra comfy. I'm definitely going to stay there when I visit Bismarck again.

I have wondered from all the hotels I have stayed in, if it is possible to install cream colored light bulbs instead of bright blue white light bulbs. I don't know, just a thought. Blue light is not beneficial right before sleeping.

It was clean and staff was always around to help. The pool area was nice with what seemed to be noise canceling panels on the ceiling since it wasn’t as noisy as most pool rooms. I appreciate that as my grandkids love to swim!

I don’t like the lack of closet, luggage rack or more drawers for our stuff. We had a suite for 5 people. Two beds and a seating area with pullout sofa but only 2 drawers and 4or 5 pegs on the wall to hang stuff. If we had been staying more than a few days it would have been cluttered to keep our stuff sorted.

The suite was clean and well appointed. They honored our request to be close to elevators and the entrance. I am not able to walk long distances. The bathroom had plenty of towels etc. Everything was in working order and updated to today’s standard . We had breakfast before checking out. The staff were friendly. It was a nice experience, will be back soon. We expect to be staying several nights over the next few months.

The eggs were very wet.

Exceptionally clean. No shortcuts observed. I saw a maid on her hands and knees washing the floor in a room. My room (King bed) had a table with two chairs, a sitting area with a couch and a little desk. The front desk staff was exceptional. The gal gave me ideas of things to do in Bismarck and places to eat. I went on a riverboat tour as a result of her suggestion. Also, the desk stored ice packs for me in their freezer. I had more ice packs than my refrigerator in the room would hold

The pillows were a foot tall. My neck doesn’t even bend that way. Ended up using a towel for a pillow. Lesson learned is to bring my own pillow. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such giant pillows. The breakfast I would rate a B-. There were packaged main dish choices. I would have loved to see scrambled eggs, meat choice, sausage and gravy. There was no whole wheat bread. I would like that added to their choices. The coffee ran out. I asked someone to make more. I think staff should check on the food area every 15 minutes.

Love, love, love the bed! And the room was large and very comfortable! Only down sides, the noise from the room above us. There was obviously a young child and we could hear the running back and forth was quite loud. And the TV volume, we could hardly hear it and could not get it any louder. Both small issues. And we would most definitely stay again. If I could have figured out a way to take the bed with me I would have! Haha

The property itself is in a great location. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. Loved hanging out in lounge/common area. Our room was clean, beds are super comfortable, and it had all the conveniences a person needed.

The only thing that needs some work is the breakfast. There is no hot food and the breakfast sandwiches are not that good. The cereal is ok and I don't mind eating yogurt. I do however appreciate the juice, coffee and toast.

Nice place. They had a pull out sofa with 2 queen beds for our family of 6 traveling which was so nice to not have to split our family up into 2 rooms. They also had the bedding for the couch already in the room when we arrived. No water bottles for coffee making though. That seems to be the norm these days. Overall really great stay.

No water in the room for coffee or drinking.

The breakfast was quite good. There were scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, choices of bread, cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, biscuits, breakfast wraps, and sausages wrapped in pancakes.

The only thing I believe could be better is the way the breakfast area is set up. Not a lot of room to manuever between the tables. It seemed as though they were placed haphazardly.

The room was nice with a comfortable sitting area and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice with a very large shower.

Breakfast options were limited when we arrived. Eventually, some items like eggs were replenished. No decaf coffee was available. Carpeting in hallways and elevator could use a refresh. It is looking a bit worn since our last visit

Great place. Pool/hot tub were nice. Good size for both. Room was clean and nice. The bed was super comfy and the couch was nice as well. The breakfast was the best one I've had. There were sandwiches, burritos, waffles, cereal, toast, eggs and yogurt plus more. Thy had coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate. There was a good amount of seating plus area of games so kids could play. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a bar with blackjack table and eMachines but we stayed on a Sunday so they were not available but still looked nice.

There was a kid birthday party in the pool area before we came and they put a lot of crumbs and candy wrappers in the pool. So that was a little dirty but not the hotel staff fault. Nothing else negative. It was quiet, felt safe and great overall experience.
