The location was super close to everything, the breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. This was one of my favorites so far in Bismarck!

The drain in the shower was a little slow, and there was no in room coffee pot. They did have 24-hour coffee in the lobby, but you did have to leave the room for it

The location of this property is excellent. We arrived very late (01;30) and therefore slept in so we did not have the opportunity to experience the breakfast. Even though our room was located on the 5th floor next to the elevator we enjoyed a quiet, restful night's rest in a very nice room that looked to us as though it had been updated!

Location and staff

Our first room was not clean, mildew in tub, no bed skirt, bare frame, soiled linen… slept in the other bed and complained in the morning. We were immediately transferred to another room with no argument. That was was just fine. Staff was gracious. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in there were excellent, friendly, efficient and cheerful. I heard that the location is in an unsafe area of town but we had no problems.

Clean environment, easy to locate directly next to the mall, had friendly staff, and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was good and was free which is a plus! I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The outdoor pool has both plus and minus, but it was hot, so it was a plus.

Nothing to mention, hopefully they keep up the good work so it is as pleasant next time.

Conveniant location,, friendly staff, good breakfast. Always enjoyed the stay there while in Bismarck.

The room had a bit of a musty odor when entering & the bathtub didn't drain well while showering. Would be nice if there were more handicap parking spaces.

Matt at front desk exceptional. He was really busy but always took the time to answer questions, give directions, etc. Breakfast room clean, staff excellent and good food. Highly recommend

Only problem for us was extremely heavy door when entering through the back. Front door fine

Location was perfect. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was one of a kind. Never been able to have breakfast burritos like that, so I enjoyed it completely. The young lady working the breakfast shift was friendly and focused on her responsibility to refill, restock, and keep up with the incredible pace of such a big crowd. Dennis the artistically talented maintenance/shuttle driver was beyond friendly and offered to give me a ride to the airport I wasn't even aware was available to me. All in all, I would recommend to anyone a stay here.

The outdoor pool was fun! It was very lively on a Saturday night! Giant spa that looks out as well. The hotel itself was taller than I expected.

We had issues with the thermostat, which interrupted our sleep. You need to push the buttons very hard! Breakfast was marginal USA hotel fare.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was in walking distance to a few food and drink establishments. The staff, especially Brett at the front desk, was very helpful and friendly. We did not partake of the continental breakfast. Great value for the price.

It was fine, typical generic hotel. Nothing exceptional. Was allowed to park my motorcycle in the covered unloading area by the entrance door. (On the far side of this area, not blocking driveway or sidewalk)
