I booked a 3-night stay with a 2-bed room at your hotel via Booking.com. However, on the first night, we received a room with only one king bed, which forced my children to sleep on the floor. Although the room was changed on the second night, I specifically selected a 2-bed option but still ended up with a single bed. This discrepancy is very disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience.

The room was a decent size for Hong Kong - plenty of space for luggage too. THe hotel had a swimming pool which, sadly we couldn't use because it was too cold (not heated). Location is superb, right at the bottom end of Nathan Road, only 10mins walk to Star Ferry terminal and close to lots of great dining options.

Aside from the pool not being heated, the room and bathroom was looking a little tired and dated - could probably do with an upgrade asap.

Location, some of customer service are helpful,but some are not. Price booked through booking.com are quite different with the charge when we check in.( Higher).

Requested a Non smoking room when booked but got a really really.. a smoked cigarette smelling room. The staff at the counter are roughly .not helping at all.

Fantastic location. Right in the heart of the city.

I stayed there for seven days. And when I asked for a late checkout, the staff first told me to contact reception. So I called reception, and no one picked up the phone for 10 mins at around 10 am. Then I called back guest services, and the same staff picked up. I told her that I could not reach reception. She aggressively refused me for the late checkout. I had to remind her that the hotel was almost empty and I had been staying there for seven days. Eventually, she granted me the late checkout, but I believe the situation could have been handled better.

Travelled with family members, each booking their own rooms. The rooms were pleasant, the stay was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the breakfast the most. The location is of course, splendid.

1. There was a small confusion on booking.com where credit card detail was provided but the hotel required a seperate pre-check in procedure with payment info as well. Other bookings via booking.com always just used the payment information connected to booking so that seemed like two tasks. 2. We requested that family bookings be made near each other for easy access for the kids but that was not arranged. Fortunately, the hotel made up for that and provided a different room later in the stay.

We were here in the midst of a T8 typhoon alert and were understandably concerned. The counter staff who served us was exceptionally friendly and professional when addressing our questions about the situation, and offered sufficient alternatives for us to deal with the disruptions. The cleaning lady for our room was also friendly to our kids, and was always greeting us with enthusiasm every morning when we saw her. When we were leaving, the concierge was also helpful in flagging a taxi for us despite busy traffic, and carrying our luggage to the car boot for us even though he could've left it to the driver. Room wise, despite most Hong Kong hotels having small rooms, our room was big enough to hold two large beds for our family of four. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It's literally a minute's walk to the nearest train station. The building by the side (Maridor Mansion) also houses the popular Jenny's Cookies.

Overall a nice hotel, value deserved, not very big rooms but still ok, very clean, staff is helpful, location is very near to seaside and harbor of stars, sea ride for 45 minutes is really near and nice, just negotiate price very well, as they offer very high one and can bargain to a third nearly. Restaurant is really nice, only Halal food people would suffer as they don't offer it, at least for my experience as I didn't really ask, but even if there it is not written on the labels.

The location of this hotel is perfect. We arrived by train from the airport, and left by train and the station is very close. It's also in walking distance to the temple markets area and the harbour. You couldn't get a better spot. The hotel buffet which was included in our reservation was fantastic. So many options. Too many! The room was good. We had a family of 5 in a 3 bedroom room. There was plenty of space. The beds were perfect in terms of softness and the pillows were amazing. I think we all had the best sleep here we'd had in weeks.

While I understand it's a government rule, we didn't love the fact that we had to pay additional for simple things like water, toiletries, etc. $10HK seemed a lot too so we managed by going to the convenience store and getting some essentials.

Hotel location is very convenient, with metro station and bus stops at walking distance, and in the middle of a good market area. Service was good, staff was helpful. Our kid was unwell and we requested for an early checkin on arrival. They arranged the same which was very helpful!

The view from the room was very bad. The rooms faced the backside of a hostel. Looked like a dump. This wasn’t the ‘city-view’ we expected!

I’d like to commend Ms. Abigail at the front desk for her helpful and friendly service. She made a great impression and showcased excellent hospitality, setting a high standard for guest interactions. Please pass on my appreciation to her and consider recognizing her efforts, as her professionalism reflects positively on your establishment. We were amazed by the service of the. Porter/Concierge/Transportation Coordinator greeted us warmly and ensured our luggage or taxi was handled with care. Their professionalism truly enhanced our experience!
