Great apartment, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location. Easy to drop luggage off early, and I loved they messaged me as soon as the room was available.

They required me to send them my identification documents and a photo in advance using a website, and to pay a significant security deposit online. Not the most reassuring way to do this considering the number of online scams about booking.com. Also annoying they billed the city tax separately to my credit card after our stay. It’s expensive enough - just include it in the room fee! Didn’t bother us, but the apartment is also quite small and the elevator is tiny.

Having the key code emailed in advance is great. The problem is that you are always worried about what you'd do if your phone runs out of battery or is stolen...

The property is described as located in Montmartre. Whilst that may technically be true, it is actually in Pigalle, next to the Moulin Rouge and all the sex shops and strip bars. I would not say that it is suitable for families or people with young children, unless you don't mind explaining to a 5 year old what a D!ldo is ...

It was near the Moulin Rouge which every cab driver could find no matter what part of the city we were touring. The three apartments we rented were immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location near Sacre Coeur, the diversity of shops and restaurants (sex shops were in abundance) and cab stand, as well as the feeling that we were living in a neighborhood, was certainly better than a hotel.

The entrance locks are dependent on phones and internet service. There was no human to greet us and help us- help we need because Internet service was down. We were rescued by another tenant who got us into the house and then my daughter was able to get us into apartment. Very frustrating. And what would we have done if we lost our phones and forgot to get them adequately charged. It was very frustrating. This system may be modern but it certainly has its drawbacks. I don’t think we were warned about this when we booked but renters should be aware, especially those who are not digitally adept. We never did see a human being nor get the “welcome package” of food that we ordered. Lots of emails but no human contact.

Perfect location a block away from the Moulin Rouge (lively neighborhood- so loud at night). Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was much more spacious than the pictures reflect and there is ample storage space for luggage/clothes; 3 people could comfortable stay for an extended time- 4 might get a little tight.

The QR code used to unlock the door was emailed and easy to obtain, but at times it was difficult for the QR reader to scan the code on our phones (worst at night). The QR code scanner/reader to access the actual room needed to be installed higher on the wall, because the door handle would get in the way making it difficult to position our phones to get the reader to scan our code.

Property was fabulous. The property was super clean and the ammenities were fabulous. We really loved the apartment but the location for a family was a bit interesting being located on a strip of sex shops and nightclubs. That was really the only fault

We LOVED our stay here! beds and sofa and chairs were very comfortable. kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. shower pressure was great. the layout of the whole unit was very thoughtful. the shared facilities/entryways/stairs were always clean and smelled great. the best part is that the Blanche metro stop is literally right there (the building is located right next to the Moulin Rouge) so it was very convenient for everything we wanted to do and see! I love this neighborhood, and we loved our week-long stay here.

If I came back to Paris I would definitely stay here again!! but I would probably book one of the garden view rooms next time. Like I said you are literally right next to the Moulin Rouge and on a busy street in general so if you get the city view room you can hear people having a good time til late hours of the night if you're utilizing the sofa bed

This was our second time staying at this property. It is a good sized apartment for Paris and has everything you need for your stay including a small refrigerator, combination washer/dryer, various cooking appliances, etc. just as a fyi the balcony is a “French” balcony, so large windows that open and have a railing. There isn’t an actual terrace area that you step outside onto. Not a big deal for us but just a heads up for others. The location is great (yes near the adult shops but it doesn’t bother us) with one metro stop just across the street and another metro stop (for other lines) about a 5 min walk away.

Good location, great to have a washing machine and lovely shower. Comfortable beds. quiet from the main bed but not from the sofa (bar in the lane way that was noisy all night)

We had arranged to leave bags before checkin but the code supplied didn’t work so we had to stand in the cold rain until we were let in kindly by someone coming out. The code was always fiddly to use. And we had to leave quite a large security deposit. Quiet from the main bed but noisy from the sofa bed (all night noise from the bar downstairs )

Fastidiously clean. Elevators and Air-conditioning. Fantastic location with high Security measures. Helpful Staff. Blanche Metro station diagonal across the street for trains and the Bus stop over the road. Moulin Rouge really is across the lane. The Apartments are so new everything is still in pristine condition. Uber high tech fit-out and occasionally we had to ask for Staff help but they are pleasant and helpful. Appreciated Washer/Dryer, Air-con, excellent kitchenette, eating bench & chairs, roomy little frig, Dishwasher. 2 TVs, huge couch. Loved reading gorgeous books and Magazines. Husband and I had right amount of space for 2 very tidy people in our 1 bedroom Apartment. Too small for more people in our opinion but know is spacious by Parisian and French standards. Can’t be helped now but storage is tight. Bedding for extra people (which we didn’t have) took up valuable limited closet space anyway and we only had 2 suitcases. Lovely for 2 but claustrophobic with more? The Petit Train for Montmartre is in front of Blanche Metro. Suggest do the Petit Train ASAP to work out Montmartre area. Local grocery stores and Boulangeries close by. We used the Blanche Metro daily. Easy and fast to get into Paris by train. Immediate area vibrant and old architecture stunning. Pigalle area has dodgy retail etc., Attention needed out to avoid robbery.

Dish Towel/s need to be supplied in kitchen, and a roll of paper towel. Also I’d suggest a Hand Soap pump in kitchen and bathroom. We asked for Dish/Tea Towel. Told they don’t use/supply them and to use white Hand Towel from Bathroom. Bought 4 rolls of Paper Towel but this us a peeve of mine. Kitchenettes need a Dish Towel supplied.

Modern, stylish apartment, very well equipped with everything you can possibly need. We cooked all our meals and had everything from sharp knives to a veggie peeler and chopping boards The shower is roomy with both a fixed shower head and a hand held water spray. High quality shower geld, shampoo and conditioner is provided The unit has a lovely view over the main street. There is a guide with information on recommended shops, restaurants and public transport. Great communication. You will need a smart phone to access the property as they use a QR code scanner to access the building and rooms

The apartment is very small with almost no space to move around in the bedroom. It is not possible to use the kitchen with the Sofa Bed out. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The space is very well used and designed, but it is still very small and can be hard to move around in.
