Clean no roaches and the deposit is cheap 25$ i definitely will tell anyone to stay here it was so nice

Staff housekeeping lady's are wonderful i mean all of them they need a little raise i mean I have been in 5 star hotels and I have never got service like they give wow above and beyond what ever u do don't fire none of the housekeepers. my advice remodel the rooms and windows and beds just a little. keep the hole same team and im telling u this could be the biggest hotel in Norcross thank u and keep god first always 😀

I left some jewelry at the property. I called the front desk to let the lady know that I had left something in the room and that I was in a rush to get to work when I arrive back at the motel the lady at the front desk, had my key ready to go back in the room and get my jewelry and she was very nice and supportive. I had been checked out about 30 minutes and no one had entered my room or bothered anything so I was very pleased. The property was a little older and kind of bland, but I could not get a better deal anywhere than Booking.com. it was a business trip and I needed a really good deal. The motel had charged me a security deposit and it only took less than 24 hours to go back on my card so I was very pleased so if you’re looking for a bargain motel this is where you should stay. it was clean and convenient. I felt very safe at this motel and staff was there 24 seven I like that.

The property was a little older and didn’t have all the bells and whistles that I’m used to, but it was a business trip I went to make money, not spend money. This motel allowed me to do that.

The room was very clean and the private spa tub was very comfortable with plenty of room for 2 people. Honestly, you could easily fit 4 in it! Everything worked well. The staff was super friendly and check in was very quick. The value was impeccable. I think I paid around 100$ for the room on booking, and any other hotel with a private hot tub was like triple that. The pool was very nice and they had a vending machine with every kind of a drink you could want and an ice machine that was perfect for filling my wine bottle chiller bucket. The sheets on the bed were so well tucked that I couldn't pull them no matter how hard I tried. The curtain was plenty dark enough to block out the sunlight and it sufficiently covered the window. The ac wasnt loud, the mirrors were the perfect size, and the paint was a nice hue. I will DEFINITELY stay here again.

It was such a great experience that I wasn't even gonna write anything negative, but since this is asking me too, my ONLY qualms, was that the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling a little bit at the bottom, the sheetrock repair work could have been a little better, and I wish the bedside lamps had soft white bulbs instead of daylight.

Very spacious rooms, great window view from third floor, and one awesome male staff of the night shift. Very understanding property willing to accommodate under certain reasonable situations.

Having a deposit upon arrival as well as being charged late fee of $25 if room is not paid by 12:30p. Some people work everyday with a daily pay and hard to just pay the cost of the property rate provided.

The overwhelming weed smell in the hallways & people at the door openly smoking it. It was giving me headaches.

I love how house keeping kept my room tidy every day when I left for work and they made sure I had clean towels daily this was a fabulous week staying here.

Property was fine. Everything was clean and room was nice for the price.

Check in was weird. Not sure if the young lady was training. But I booked online. And when she asked for my card for payment it was taking too long. Not sure what she was doing with my card behind the counter. Made me feel uncomfortable. But I locked it as soon as she was done.

Efficient check in, professional and polite, very accommodating. Our stays here have been good.

The air conditioner didn't get work well the first night, I asked for it to be fixed and was told maintenance wouldn't be in until next day. We stayed the night and rebooked for two nights. Air conditioner wasn't fixed the following day, however, just as we were leaving, the air conditioner started blowing cold air.

Easy check in...Booking offered several different options to pay. Room was spacious Bed was comfortable..Extra plus for shower head pressure and temperature.

Fan at end of hallway was kind of loud....no major issue

The lady that checked me in my very first night was rude. Other than that the rest of my stay and staff was very polite and the room was clean and housekeeping came to clean the room every day of my stay. And the pricing was very affordable.
