The place exceeded my expectations. I wasn't actually expecting this high standard of services in Bahrain. The staff (especially Jaafar), facilities, the restaurant were all beyond what I wished for. For sure will return next summer.

Loud neighbours. Thankfully, the management had dealt with them. I would say also the restaurant is over-priced. The food is delicious I wouldn't say it isn't, but I had to sell a kidney to dine in the resort.

The room A/c so hot if it’s come to 19 degrees will close till you feel hot and wake up then it will start again When the sunrise you have to wake up because the sun inside your room I thing they have to change the curtains all the sun inside the room

From the moment you are welcomed in by the door man you feel the luxury all around you. Magnificent place, recently renovated, huge amount of attention to details. You really feel that you have been transported to a magical place.

Maybe the lack of diversity in food in general as you are limited to the one restaurant and one cafe in the whole place.

Some minor issue The check in time was late although we arrived at 4 pm from long trip ( the staff gave as late check out as compensation) I felt that the swimming pool in the villa need floor cleaning The hotel location was little bit far from city ( some find it good thing and other not, however I prefer close to the city location )

The villas were massive! We stayed like royalty! Even though the property is not new, but the rooms were modernized with up to date gadgets. We loved everything about the villa and the pool was amazing! Huge and temperature controlled! The staff were extremely friendly and useful! From the butlers (Ahmeds ❤️) to the cleaning staff (Meezan) and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable!

The resort was a bit far and secluded from anything. The rooms’ minibars can be better stacked (they were empty) There was no operating pool bar/ drink area. The kids club could do with more activities.

I liked almost everything. All staff were nice and welcoming. Luxurious villa that has everything you need for you and your family. Quick response if you need anything. Highly recommended and would come back again.

Prior check-in should be improved for such a luxury hotel brand like Raffles. WhatsApp response, I asked but never responded until now. The call I received the day before check-in, it was like a task to the person that needs to get it done asap, she was in rush. I had some doubts before check-in but when I arrived everything was perfect.

Magnificent Experience! Everything was truly wonderful — from the facility and the staff to the calm, attractive environment. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back to experience this amazing vibe again. Special thanks to the entire team! The chef did an outstanding job — I loved every touch added to my dinner. I also deeply appreciate the reception personnel for their exceptional handling of my emergency case and their attentive follow-up. Thank you all!
